Camila was having a hard time. Epifanio was sabotaging the shipments she was expecting and could no longer get the product clients asked for on time. A man from Florida, Birdman, had been slowly moving into the Vargas territory and taking over. Camila did not like that at all, but Epifanio was enjoying watching her business slowly crumble.

She called him to let him know what was going on, and he acted like he didn't even know what had happened, even though he was behind it. Camila then asked about her daughter and why she wasn't answering her calls. Epifanio said that if they couldn't reach each other by phone, they could always talk when she could come home. She didn't know how to respond. Camila soon responded saying she had to go and immediately hung up.

Epifanio was not happy that she hung up right after mentioning a return home. He picked up a frame off of his desk and stared at it for a while. Both Camila and him were smiling and were actually happy in the photo. The longer he stared, the angrier he got. Epifanio threw the frame, a loud sound of breaking glass filled the room. The frame went one way and the picture inside went another.

Days later, Camila was still having trouble keeping up. She hired a hitman to kill Birdman, and that made her vulnerable. She was sitting at the club's empty bar when her phone rang. She turned it over and saw that Epifanio was calling her. Camila picked up and her phone and pressed answer.

"It's late, what are you doing up?" she asked

"It's late, what are you doing up?" she asked.

"I've been thinking about our lives," Epifanio answered.

"Have you been drinking?"

"All the great times we had, all the laughs... The sex," he laughed.

     Camila chuckled, "You are drunk

Camila chuckled, "You are drunk."

She bit her lip and smiled as she listened to him.

"Remember that time in Mexico City, when we were kids, and I bought you that flower?" he asked.

Her heart dropped, and her smile faded. Now what she said hurt. She loved him, but she hated him just as much.

"And you told me I was the greatest man you'd ever met," he continued. "What do you think it would take for you to say that to me again?"
