Keira had been right, everything had only gotten worse. Steve Rogers, Aquila Cadman, and Sam Wilson were now considered criminals for going after Bucky Barnes in Romania.

Because of their stupid actions as well as the fact that she was obligated to be there, both as an Avenger and the fact that she signed the Accords, Keira was forced to head straight to Berlin to try and settle their arrest agreements.

Keira entered the government building in Berlin only to see it a flurry of activity as usual. However, she soon caught sight of a figure in front of her, the last person she expected to see.

"Quinn!"

"Keira!" Quinn shouted back, clearly surprised to see her there.

"Hey, I wasn't expecting you to be here." Keira said upon reaching the blonde.

"Well, neither was I. But Tony wouldn't leave until I agreed to come in, so here I am."

"Forcing you to try and come convince Steve?" Keira guessed even though she knew that she was right.

"Yeah, how did you guess," Quinn exclaimed sarcastically.

She walked past Aquila and Natasha, who looked to be having some kind of heart to heart before her eyes settled on where Steve and Sam stood in the glass office.

"You two are the biggest idiots the world has ever seen," Keira said, marching into the office.

"It's good to see you, Keira,"  Steve said, sending a smile, Keira's direction.

Keira only watched Steve's smile grow ten times the size as she noticed that they weren't the only ones in the room and that a certain blonde had joined them.

"I can second that."

"What are doing here?" Steve asked, confused. "Not that I'm not extremely glad you are here."

"I live in Berlin, remember? I thought it was obvious that I was going to drop in at some point." Quinn joked, casually falling into Steve's arms for a hug before looking over towards Sam who was also watching the exchange with a grin. "Good to see you too, Sam. It's been well overdue.

"Yeah, well I wish it was under better circumstances," Keira replied, pinching the bridge of her nose in despair. "I just don't understand. I know it's Barnes, Steve, your best friend. But what did you think was going to be the outcome? Hiding Barnes away in a basement for the rest of his life? The authorities would have eventually found him." Keira said, before slumping down into a chair.

"The receipt for your gear."

Keira's head shot up as the person who she had been introduced to briefly upon her entry into the building stood.

"Bird Costume? Come on, man." Sam complained loudly.

"I didn't write it!"

Keira's eyes flickered back up to the screen on the wall. A live video showing Bucky, with no sound until the CIA agent in front of Keira flipped the switch to allow the audio from the interrogation to flow through the speakers.

"I'm not here to judge you," The man's voice crackled through. "I just want to ask you a few questions. Do you know where you are, James?"

Tension rattled the air as everyone waited for Bucky's response.

"I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James. . . ."

"My name is Bucky. . ."

Keira looked away from the small screen as a small rustling sound filled the office. She looked up only to see Steve once again studying the photo that supposedly showed Bucky bombing the congress in Vienna.

"Why would the Task Force release this photo, to begin with?" Steve asked.

"Get the word out, involve as many eyes as we can?"

"Right," Steve replied. "It's a good way to flush a guy out of hiding. Set off a bomb, get your picture taken. Get seven billion people looking for the Winter Soldier."

"You're saying someone framed him to find him," Sharon asked.

"Steve, we all looked for the guy for two years and found nothing."

"We didn't bomb the UN. That turns a lot of heads."

"Yeah, but that doesn't guarantee that whoever framed him would get him. It guarantees that we would."

Keira's eyes narrowed as she looked at the interviewer on the screen.

"That's impossible," Keira muttered.

"Maybe not."

The lights cut out, leaving the bright red flashes of the emergency lights in its place.

Keira quickly jumped to her feet.

"Sub-level 5, east wing," Sharon muttered under her breath leaving the room.

Keira quickly turned back to Quinn knowing that she needed to get her out of here first before controlling the unknown threat at hand.

"You two," Quinn called out to Steve and Sam. "Don't do anything I wouldn't do."

"Hard to do that when all you do if look after historical artifacts."

"Shut it, Wilson."

"Let's get you out of here," Keira said, pulling Quinn out of the room before all hell broke loose.

The control room was chaos as everyone frantically tried to get the power back online so everyone had some understanding with what was happening with Barnes.

Sharon quickly led Keira over to where Tony and Natasha stood. The former's eyes softening slightly when he noticed Keira standing in front of him.

"Follow me," Sharon said leading them out of the room.

"When did you get here?" Tony whispered in Keira's ear as they hurried down passage after passage.

"Not too long after you." Keira snapped back as the two of them took cover behind a pillar.

Tony tapped his wrist as an Iron Man glove covered over his hand. "Always, good to know that you're still angry."

Tony stepped out, firing at Bucky as the two began to fight. Keira's eyes widened as Bucky tried firing a bullet but Tony quickly stopped it by using only his hand. Tony was quickly thrown back as Natasha and Sharon attacked from one angle and Keira attacked from the other.

All of them had had quite similar training and it was quite obvious as the three of them traded blows with Bucky, landing kicks and punches.

However, none of them could overpower the Winter Soldier. Sharon soon found herself smashing into a table, Keira was thrown roughly against the nearest wall and Natasha stuck in a chokehold until T'Challa arrived distracting Bucky.

Keira slumped against the wall, sighing as she felt the radiating pain on her left side from her rather rude encounter with the wall. She most likely had a broken rib or two.

"That's going to bruise," Keira muttered.
