All the Avengers had met up in the kitchen, once they were all aware of Fury's arrival.

Keira stood in the doorway, her hand clutched firmly in Tony's, but still able to easily see her sister sleeping in the living room.

"Ultron took you folks out of play to buy himself time. My contacts all say he's building something. The amount of Vibranium he made off with, I don't think it's a just one thing."

"What about Ultron himself?" Steve asked.

"Ah," Fury replied. "He's easy to track, he's everywhere. Guy's multiplying faster than a Catholic rabbit. Still doesn't help us get an angle on any of his plans though."

"Is he still going after the launch codes?" Tony asked, giving Keira's hand a small squeeze.

"Yes, he is but he's not making any headway."

"I cracked the Pentagon's firewall in high school on a dare." Tony boasted in his usual manner.

"Well, I contacted our friends at the Nexus about that," Fury replied.

"Nexus?" Steve asked.

"What?" Aquila asked, clearly as confused as Steve was.

"It's the World Internet Hub in Oslo," Bruce explained to the two of them as Keira nodded along slightly. "Every byte of data flows through there, fastest access on earth."

"Oh, okay."

"So, what'd they say?"

"He's fixated on the missiles, but the codes are constantly being changed."

"By whom?"

"Parties unknown."

"Do we have an ally?" Natasha asked, hopeful.

"Ultron's got an enemy, that's not the same thing." Fury replied.

"Still, I'd pay folding money to know who it is," Aquila said.

"I might need to visit Oslo," Tony said. "Find our unknown."

"Well, this is good times, boss, but I was kind of hoping when I saw you, you'd have something more than that," Nat said sarcastically.

"I do, I have you." Fury replied. "Back in the day, I had eyes everywhere, ears everywhere else. You kids had all the tech you could dream of. Here we all are, back on earth, with nothing but our wit and our will to save the world. Ultron says the Avengers are the only thing between him and his mission and whether or not he admits it, his mission is global destruction. All this, laid in a grave." Fury said, pausing for emphasis throughout his speech. "So stand, outwit the platinum bastard."

"Steve doesn't like that kind of talk," Nat teased from where she sat beside Aquila.

"You know what, Romanoff."

"So, what does he want?" Fury asked, still pressing on.

"To become better."

"Better than us," Aquila said. "He keeps building bodies."

"Person bodies. The human form is inefficient, biologically speaking, we're outmoded. But he keeps coming back to it."

"When you two programmed him to protect the human race, you amazingly failed."

"They don't need to be protected," Bruce said realizing what was happening. "They need to evolve. Ultron's going to evolve."

"How?"

"Has anybody been in contact with Helen Cho recently?"

Plans were made between the Avengers before someone finally asked the question everyone wanted the answer to.

"Who is that new person sleeping in the living room?"

Tony gave Keira's hand another squeeze, before Keira finally spoke up, having remaining silent for all of their meeting.

"That's my younger sister."

"Your younger sister?" Steve asked in shock.

"Yeah. Um. . .my mother. . " Keira trailed off as Tony kissed her forehead trying to calm her down. "My mother suddenly died, which leaves me as the guardian of Bea."

"I'm very sorry to hear that, Keira," Natasha said.

"If we can do anything to help, let us know." Aquila continued.

"Thanks."

The Avengers began to prepare to leave once again, all of them going different ways, once again off to fight.

However, Keira would not be leaving with them, she was going to stay with Laura and the rest of the Barton's for a few more days, in order to organize stuff for Bea.

Keira didn't exactly know how to become a guardian of Bea as even though they were extremely close, they had a huge age gap between the two of them, so Keira hadn't been around much.

But as she had promised, Bea, the two of them would work it out together, no matter how long it would take.

Everyone made their way around to say their goodbyes, the majority saying goodbye to the Laura thanking her, for her hospitality.

Keira turned to Aquila who had just finished her own goodbye with Clint and Laura's youngest, Lila.

"You know, you went back on your word. You didn't strangle, Fury." Keira said, trying to make a joke.

"Well, it wasn't exactly the right time but I will make sure he knows I can look after myself," Aquila said. "Are you alright?"

"I'll be fine, thanks."

Keira eventually let Aquila go, so she could say her own goodbyes to Laura.

Steve turned to Tony who was watching Keira closely, clearly concerned for her wellbeing.

"How is she?" Steve asked.

"She is alright, I think," Tony said. "She always thinks she is in invisible when she is in pain. She'll go around pretending everything is okay."

"Yeah." Steve nodded, along. "You probably should go say goodbye to her, though. Everyone's leaving soon, I think."

"Hey," Tony said, walking up to Keira. "You alright?"

"Yeah," Keira replied. "What about you ready to go save the world again?"

"Yeah," Tony said. "You'll stay safe?"

"Of course, you too."

Tony quickly kissed her as the rest of the team began to leave the house. "Love you."

"Love you too."

Keira walked into the living room, to see her sister conversing with animatedly with Quinn, a sharp difference from the girl she had seen a few hours ago.

"You alright, Bea?" Keira asked.

"Yeah, I'm all good. Just talking with Quinn."

Keira watched as Quinn rose to her feet, heading towards her with a welcoming smile. "I know that I don't know you that well but I'm so sorry for both of your losses. If there's anything I can do, please don't hesitate to contact me."

"Thank you, Quinn. It means a lot to both Bea and I." Keira smiled warmly back, before a thought suddenly came back to her.  "That reminds me, Steve wanted to talk to you before you left."

"Steve?" Quinn repeated.

"Yeah."

"I hope that I'll see both of you soon then." Quinn soon farewell leaving the two sisters to it.

Keira sunk onto the couch next to her sister, throwing an arm around her shoulders.

"We are going to be alright. We can get through this."
