Chapter 13

"Wait what did you say Connor?" I ask and he places his hand on my thigh
"I said you're b- "
"Hey guys I got your piña colada Y/N" Shawn says sitting down with a big smile on his face
"And of course I got myself a Corona" He chuckles but I don't react
"Hey you ok babe?" Shawn asks while trying to open his drink
"Umm Yh I'm good" I say
"Hey man I'm gonna go hang out at the pool see you later" Connor states
"Oh ok bye Connor" Shawn says waving

"Fuckkkk this tastes so good oh my god" Shawn moans and I look at him
"Oh my bad" He laughs causing me to smile
"Shawn" I state
"Yessss?" He questions
"Are you really good friends with Connor?" I ask
"Yh I'd say we're what you girls call besties" Shawn replies
"Oh...do you trust him?" I ask again
"What's with these questions....of course I trust him" Shawn grins
"It's ok I was just wondering" I say taking a drink of my piña colada
"Oh wow this is bomb as fuck" I retort
"Yh good idea of suggesting the bar" Shawn says wrapping his arm around my shoulders
"I loooovvveee you!" He exclaims kissing my neck
"I love you too" I respond but it was rather bland and not how I would usually say it.

In the Afternoon...
"Hey guys so I've called you here so we can go over what's definitely on the album and what's being scrapped or added" Andrew begins
"Since Shawn wants 14 songs for some reason we need to get a move on ok...I l know it's our vacation but we still need to work hard to make sure this album is perfect. Since the reception from Lost In Japan and In My Blood was amazing so we need to keep this up" Andrew finishes
"So what are we thinking of for song numero catorce?" I say (A/N That's 14 in Spanish)
"Ummm I have no clue actually" Shawn says
"Well If we can't think of song that suits the album let's just write a random song" Teddy says
"Yh ok makes sense to me" Connor says
"Let's do itttt!!" I exclaim and everyone cheers

2 hours later....
"That's the shittiest line I've ever written" Shawn yawns throwing another piece of scrunched up paper into the bin.
"What was it about?" I ask stretching my back
"Toronto" He replies
"Oh ok" I say
"Hey guys we're gonna ahead and leave but you and Shawn can stay in here if you want" Teddy says
"Yh I'm too tired" Andrew yawns
"No funny business in here guys" Connor chuckles
"We're not sex rabbits Connor!" Shawn exclaims smiling
"Yh right bye guys" Connor says
"Byeee!" Shawn yells
"Bye" I say
"What's with the sad face....you look better when you smile Y/N" Connor says biting his lip slightly as his eyes scanned my whole body
"Please just shut up and leave!"I shout
"Oh wow ok then" He retorts leaving us alone
"You ok babe?" Shawn asks
"No" I say as I start to cry
"Awww come here" Shawn says coming over to my seat and hugging me tightly
"What's wrong?" He questions
"I-I don't know" I lied
"It's ok...you know what let me write some lyrics to make you happy" Shawn suggests

2o minutes later....
Shawn grabs his guitar and sits down next to me.
"Look at me" Shawn says and I do with my eyes still full of tears.
"I can't write one song that's not about you
Can't drink without thinkin' about you
Is it too late to tell you that
Everything means nothing if I can't have you?" Shawn sings
"Ok that's all I've got it's not really my style of song" Shawn smiles
"I loved it I-I love you Shawn" I cry trying to hug him but blocked by the guitar.
"Oh shit" I laugh
"Yh let me just move this" Shawn smiles placing the guitar somewhere. I embrace him tightly as his warmth radiates through my own body somehow.
"Promise that whatever happens you'll always be by my side" I whisper
"Yes of course why wouldn't I?" He replies looking shocked

The thought of Connor's weird feeling for me ruining my relationship just worries me....why does everything go wrong for me.
