Chapter 7

"Aya, someone's waiting for you outside" my classmate said.

I'm busy talking to Sapphire dahil may importante daw siyang sasabihin. Bigla na lang may maghihintay sa akin. Sino naman kaya? Lumabas ako to fill out the curiosity.

"Are you free?" He said. Nakipag-usap din siya sa wakas.

After what I've said last meeting. Hindi niya ako pinansin. Na-guilty ba siya?

"Why?" I asked.

"Let's go to library. I'll teach you" he said. Sa pagkaka-alala ko, hindi naman ako tanga para magpaturo pa. Halos lahat ng quizzes, perfect ko naman. Is he not in right thinking?

"Teach me what?" I asked again.

"If you're free, just come at the library. I'll wait there" then umalis na siya.

Ano na naman ang pumasok sa isip niya at bakit kailangan pa niya akong turuan?

Nagpaalam ako kay Sapphire na may kukunin lang ako sa library.

Sparsh is really waiting at the corner of this four sided room. Tumayo siya ng makita niya ako.

"Shall we start?" tanong niya ng nasa harap na niya ako.

"Wait Sparsh, what are you going to teach me?" tanong ko ulit.

"Shanaya, I'll help you to love this course. I'll help you to shine as bright as the morning sun. I'll help you to execute the meaning of the beautiful name of yours" explain niya.

Why is it that when I'm with him,  I feel relaxed. There is something I feel that I can't tell right now.

"I can't love it Sparsh. Don't waste your time" sabi ko kahit hindi naman sigurado.

"You'll surely love it while discovering about many things, it's only if you help yourself. Shall we start?" Hindi na lang ako sumagot sa kanya.

Ang nakakapagtaka, wala siyang hiniram na libro sa library. Wala rin siyang inilabas na book niya, bagkus notebook.

"Notebook? I thought you'll help me to love this course. Bakit walang libro?" I feel so disappointed.

"You don't need book sa ngayon. I will teach you first what are the things you should remember in order to be successful and some quotes to make you love business" he explained.

He just read and read. Then explain and explain. Kahit explain pa siya ng explain, wala akong magagawa kung ayaw tanggapin ng utak ko ang pinagsasabi niya. Napahikab na lang ako ng dahil sa boring niyang explanation.

"Sleepy with my explanation? Shall I teach you Senpai then?" at iyon ang dahilan kung bakit napalakas ang boses ko sa library.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?! " I asked loudly. Napatingin lahat ng tao sa akin sa loob ng library.

Tawa ng tawa si Sparsh sa reaksyon ko. Ugok na 'to! Nakakainis!

"Bahala ka na nga diyan. Nakakainis kang lalake ka!" bwisit kong sabi sa kanya at lumakad na palabas ng library.

"Shanaya, wait! " habol pa niyang sabi pero di ko na siya tinignan. Senpai niya mukha niya.

Pumunta ako sa cafeteria ng nakakunot ang noo ko.

"Oh, bakit na naman ganyan mukha mo? Baka hindi na nila tayo tawaging "Ethereal and Aesthetic",ang pangit mo na Aya!" sabi ni Sapphire.

"Bwisit iyong Sparsh na iyon! May pa "Shall I teach you Senpai then? Nakakainis" pati si Sapphire, nadadamay na rin sa kabwisitan ko.

"OMG! did you two make out at the library!? " lumaki pa ang mata ko sa sinabi niya.

"What the Heck Sapiro! Mandiri ka naman sa sinasabi mo!" Bakit ba iba ang interpretation niya sa sinabi ko?

"Joke lang. Ang init ng ulo. I'll make you warm. Let's go to the field. Wala siguro masyadong tao doon" she said at dali-daling hinagip ang kamay ko.

Ano ang gagawin namin dito? Iginaya niya ako under a tree. The wind is blowing. She's right.

"Aya, I want to tell you something. About sa sinasabi ko kaninang umaga, na naudlot ng dahil sa "Shall I teach you Senpai" ni Sparsh" tawa pa niyang sabi.

"Aya, I gave chance to someone. To court me" That's good.

"Glad to know. You told me once that you're choosy. Ayaw mo ng masyadong good boy. Is your suitor a bad boy?" I asked her directly.

Hindi ko naman masisisi kung iyon ang gusto ni Sapphire. She's way too beautiful so she's definitely choosy on boys. Ideal niya is a bad boy. I laughed at it when she told me that. Sino ba naman kasi ang magkakagusto sa bad boy eh bad nga diba?

"He's either bad or good boy. He's good at making my heart melt and he's bad when a boy is with me. He's jealous."

"He's not your ideal, but why did you gave him a chance?" I asked again.

"Yeah, he isn't my ideal suitor to be my boyfriend. I've just learned  that even if you have standards on man, you can't defeat your heart on beating for someone." she said. May makukuha naman pala akong magandang sagot sa kanya.

"Guard you heart Sapiro, once you fall hard, you might get drown" I adviced. Based on my experience na rin.

We smiled at each other. Then we saw Arianne out of the blue, walking towards us.

"Sapphire is your name, am I right? I've heard you have a very handsome suitor. You're Aya's friend. Beware, she might steal your suitor. She's good at it. Baka the next days, malalaman mo na lang na nanliligaw ang suitor mo kay Aya." bad advice for Sapphire. What the fuck!

"Oh, thank you for that Arianne Torres. You're surprised that I know your name? Of course, like what you've said, I'm Aya's friend. Don't worry too much. Aya will not steal my suitor. I'm confident with that. She isn't the type who steals someone that isn't hers." Nakataas pa ang kilay ni Sapiro. I love her answer.

"Oh really? Yan ba ang sinabi ni Aya sa iyo? Naniwala ka naman? You trust too much to someone na hindi mo pa masyadong kilala. I know her too much and I know----" Pinutol ko na ang sasabihin niya. She will just bring back the pain of the past.

"Ari, until now, hindi ka pa nakakapagmove-on? I've moved on, sana ikaw rin. At dapat nga masaya ka na kasi matagal na kaming wala. O baka nasaktan ka noong nagkagirlfriend ulit si Jared? Past na iyon Ari. And to tell you this, I didn't stole Jared because in the first place, hindi mo siya pagmamay-ari noon. May magagawa ba tayo kung iyon naman ang sinusunod ng puso natin?" I voice out in anger.

"Uhuh! Moved on my ass. Are you sure? You've moved on? Stop lying Aya. I can still see pain in your eyes. And when the right time will come, the truth behind you and Jared's break up will surely break your heart, more painful that what you've gone through" sarkastiko pa siyang ngumiti.

"Oh no, it bothers you now. Bye Ladies! "and she waved her hand.

TRUTH? She's insane. Jared told me the reason why he broke up with me. It's because he fall out of love. What truth she's trying to say?
