Chapter 26: Moving In - Part 2

As Sofia, Ethan and thier mother were talking to Johnathon about what they had all been up to lately, the royal coach and wagon made thier way through a beautiful path surrounded by trees revealing the castle ahead.

"There it is!" Johnathon Smiled happily "Oh i can't wait!", "Don't we know it!" Ethan Beamed in return. At last the convoy arrived in the courtyard, and Johnathon full-on jumped out of the coach and quickly walked over to help the guards unload the wagon. Ethan burst into a chuckle fest as called out to his father "I know this is a very exiting experience, but i didn't think you were desperate!", everyone couldn't help but join in the family laugh fest. As the laughter died down, the main entrance flung open "Your majesties!" Cedric Beamed as he, Bailywick and many castle staff came rushed towards the royal family who were getting out of their coach "The boy's alive!". The eldest Prince could only smile and raise his hands slightly "Hello everyone! everything's alright, i'm completely unharmed!", but then his face turned serious "Where is the Captain?" He Asked sternly. "Don't worry" Cedric Replied "He's locked away in my workshop, still frozen solid aswell", Ethan Sighed loudly "Good, but if he EVER breaks out of there!". "He won't" Cedric assured him "You won't believe how strong the spell is! it lasts for quite the while", "I only pray that history doesn't repeat itself..." Ethan Said slowly turning to face his family helping his father. "And who might that be?" Asked Bailywick, "He's... it's a long story..." Ethan Sighed. "You look positively exausted, my Prince" a maid pointed out. "That's the punnishment i recieve from going on a hunt, Walt knows how long...", everyone gave him a funny look "Never mind..." Ethan Sighed sounding restless "It's an early night for all of us". Just then, his father walked up "So" Johnathon Said to his son "They must be the staff". "You stand correct, good Sir" Bailywick kindly Replied "May i ask why the royal family have brought you here this fine morning?", "Long story" Johnathon Replied. "You look as if you've come strait from a fancy dress party" Cedric remarked, Johnathon Chuckled "It is not a bird costume, dispite the feathers". Just then a guard approached "Sir" He Said "We've finished unloading your goods, and the King wishes to speak with you", "Very well" Johnathon Replied. Roland then walked over "Johnathon" He Decleared "Considering the fact that you will now become an official resident of the Royal Castle, as King, i have a few things i need to ask of you", "Of course" Johnathon Replied "What is it?". "Well" the King stated "The first thing, is that you need to get to know the staff around here". "Sounds highly difficult, considering the size of this place" Johnathon Replied in awe, "I agree, it was a pain for me when i first became King. Anyway, then myself and the others need to address your place in the family". "What do you mean 'Place'?" Johnathon Frowned "I'M the man of MY family, YOU are the man of YOUR family", "Yes, i know that" Roland quickly responded "But when it comes to a family of nothing but 'Royalty', you need to be assigned to a certain place within it. There is already a King, a Queen, two Princes, and two Princesses. But for you... it's a tough decision", "May i ask why you are doing this?" Johnathon Asked "I didn't really expect ANY of this...", "Well" Roland flatly explained "Being the kind, honorable man that i am, i, of course, want to do the right thing and bring you and your family back together... even if that means my own children losing thier only form of a mother...". Johnathon was puzzled upon hearing what the King had just said, but he remained quite. Just then, his family walked up to him "Cedric and the stewards are taking our old thing to the guest rooms, sweetie" Miranda Smiled "Follow us". And so Johnathon followed everyone inside the castle, ready to begin a new life.
