Chapter 34: It's Time!

The next day, Enchancia Castle was as frantic as ever. It was 5:37 in the evening, all the staff were running about the place ensuring EVERYTHING was ready for the Grand King and Queen's arrival "All guests have arrived perfectly on time, your majesty" Bailywick Smiled to the King, "Perfect! great job, Bailywick" Roland Smiled in return "Now, i just need to find Johnathon, i believe i have a little surprize for him". Just then Johnathon himself appeared from behind Roland's back "Oh, you shouldn't have" He Asked smugly causing the King to jump slightly, "Oh! i was wondering where you were" Roland Laughed "It's up in the left wing of the castle, right this way". Johnathon followed the King down the halls and up many stairwells untill they finally reached a large room "Here we are, " the King Said and he opened the doors to reviel Ethan sitting next to two uniquely desighed outfits. "Your late" Ethan Smirked "That's not like you at all", "Well, you know me" His father Smirked back "I am 'Getting on'". Ethan Laughed "You're only 37!", the King was surprised by the Prince's comment. " Wait, 37?" he gasped, "But Ethan's 17... You're quite young for a father, John". "It's a long story, Roland," John decleared, "Now then, about the 'thing' you wanted to show me". "Ah, yes" the King smiled, "I was telling Ethan about this earlier, I told him to stay here while I went to get you. Now that you're both here, I proudly present you with these." He pointed towards the same two outfits, John gasped silently, and began to feel quite emotional, "My God...". "Nice!" Ethan smiled, "Looks just like my normal attire". "That's because it's based off of the same design, your coat, I mean," Roland explained, "I don't think you have any kind of idea, just how long it took for the designers to create them, they, combined with your normal attire, makes them the only 3 of their kind in the whole Ever Realm". "Well, thank you for this, Roland," John smiled in appreciation, "When does the party begin exactly?". "A little over 20 minutes," the King confirmed, "You both need to be dressed and have your hair prepared before then". "Understood" replied John. "We'll be there" added Ethan. Roland left to find the others and Ethan and his father began changing. Ethan's suit had a very peculiar design on it, the jacket was mostly white, with what looked like a sideways cross in the center - along with a straight line down both sleeves. His new shirt was a normal, everyday shade of white, and the pants were a ruby shade of red, almost identical as his chain.

Whereas his father's was far more complex: A blue, red and white pattern, with what looked like two crosses combined down the front, sleeves and pants.
