Chapter 22: Benefit Of Doubt

Relish Leibick's POV

After our long day sa Amusement Park naghapunan lang kami ni Dark sa malapit na restaurant and he brought me tho this place. Mataas yung lugar and madamo, we are currently lying our back on the ground, well pinahigaan niya sakin ang suot niyang jacket kanina. While he, on the other hand is looking at the stars. Ang daming bituin ngayon sa langit kaya pala naisip ni Dark mag star gazing. I turned my head to look at him ng maramdaman kong tumagilid siya paharap sakin. He was leaning on his own bending arms staring intently at me.

"Did you enjoy today?"

He asked smiling. His eyes are sparkling and maaliwalas ang karaniwang seryoso niyang mukha. How could this man look insanely handsome?

"Of course Dark. Thank you."

I said smiling when he suddenly closed his eyes. I look at his calm handsome face— what have I done to deserve this man?

"Aren't you going to ask me to get the stars for you?"

He asked playfully as his eyes snapped open. Natawa ako sa naging tanong niya sakin. Seriously? Ask him for stars? Hindi yan dumaan sa isip ko kahit kailan.

"I can buy you a star and name it after you but I apologise I can't reach it for you."

He said humorously as I laughed at what he just said. This man is something. He closed his eyes once again, he looks terribly tired. Did I worn out him too much today?

"I don't need a star Dark, I already have the Galaxy."

I said staring intently at him while his lips started to form a smile. I lift my hands and pulled him palapit sakin. He rested his head against my breast and I started stroking his hair.

I sing as I keep stroking his hair. He's obviously starting to fall asleep. I don't know why pero sa tuwing ganitong posisyon namin ni Dark— him leaning against me which is karaniwan ay babae ang sumasandal sa lalaki diba? It makes me feel that he's dependent to me, that he's life depends upon me.

I keep singing hanggang sa pati ako inaantok na rin. Tinuloy ko ang pagkanta while nakapikit and still stroking Darks sleek hair.

I slowly opened my eyes and ang unang bumungad sakin ay ang puting kesame. Inikot ko ang paningin ko to realize that I'm already in my room. Gosh parang mantika ba talaga ako matulog para hindi maramdaman na binuhat buhat ako ni Dark? I checked the time sa clock na nasa bedside table ko. It's already 10a.m. mabuti nalang at weekend

Kaagad akong bumangon and brushed my teeth atsaka lumabas ng room ko at pumasok sa room ni Dark. He's not here, dumeretso ako sa closet niya and kumuha ng white na T-Shirt niya na may kung anong nakaprint. Bumalik ako sa room ko and naligo, sinuot ko yung shirt niya and nagshort shorts lang ako sa baba— thou natakpan din dahil ang laki ng damit niya. I really like wearing his shirt because first, it really feels comfortable, second it has his scent, and third I love how his eyes would sparkle kapag nakikita akong suot ang shirt niya.
