Bee's POV

I was sitting in class, writing out an essay for class. Twenty minutes before class ended, my watch vibrated and I looked at it. I raised my hand. "Professor Chang?" I asked.

"Yes, Baylynn?" Professor Chang stated.

"My dad needs me. It's that time of year," I replied. "I can have this submitted online for you."

"Nice try," Professor Chang pointed. "I've heard stories about you from my other colleagues in the past three years. You might have been able to fool them, but not me." I looked at her. "I'll need a handwritten note from the dean."

"Okay," I nodded as I grabbed a note from my backpack and handed it to her. "He said you'd ask for it. Also, he said to call him, so he can explain why I have an online assignment box." I grabbed my backpack and left class. I walked to my car and drove to my apartment. I walked inside. "Dad? You here?"

"Yeah," Dad walked in from the second bedroom. He was holding Aqua. "I just fed her."

"Dad, she has her own feeding bowl," I smiled. He put her down and she just walked around the apartment. "Why are you in town? All your text said was comicon. I thought you weren't doing that this year."

"It's last minute," Dad replied. "It's in a couple days and they needed that spot filled."

"So, you're doing it?" I asked.

"Yeah, and I'd like my little girl by my side," Dad smiled. "What do you say? I always want you there."

"I'm always going to say yes," I nodded.

"Oh, and they're filming another legendary battle here in town in a few weeks," Dad replied. "They're just recreating the scene and they might need some extras."

"Whatever it is, I'm in," I replied. "Is Cameron going to be there?"

"You got a little crush on Super Silver Megaforce?" Dad asked.

"Dad, you know we're dating. I don't understand why you make it such a big deal. You know I can take care of myself," I nodded. "So, let's plan out this comicon and we can then work on some moves for the shoot. Also, your Q&A panel as well as the college's panel."

"I almost forgot I was doing a panel at your school," Dad replied.

"You do one every year," I smiled. The doorbell rang and I opened it. "Hey Cam."

"Bee," Cam stated as he hugged me. "Mr. Frank."

"You can call me Jason," Dad nodded. "Filming's not in a couple weeks. Why are you here early?"

"I come and visit Bee every now and then," Cameron replied.

"Well, I'm going to be busy with my dad for comicon and his panels," I nodded. "I don't know if we can spend a lot of time together."

"Oh, I understand," Cam nodded.

"Where are you staying?" Dad asked.

"In a hotel a couple block down the street from the school," Cam replied. "I usually visit Bee here or at school for lunch."

"Have you booked a room?" Dad asked.

"No, I usually just walk in," Cam nodded. "Why?"

"Why don't you stay here, on her couch?" Dad asked.

"Thing is, are you okay with that, Dad?" I asked.

"Yeah, besides, I'm sure Cam won't try anything with me in the other room down the hall," Dad pointed.
