sorry I lied about the 7 comment thing but I really wanted to upload this chapter...even if this is in like the same day I was in a totalwritingmood. If you haven't read chapter 9 I uploaded thatearliertoday...well yesterday since itis1:30 a.m. but please PLEASE Read that before this or you will be confused.

Sam's POV

I was so happy when I saw Jess standing outside in the rain next to Derrick and smiling. I wanted to walk over to him but I was afraid Alex might be over there and I don’t know what he might do, although he hasn’t done anything to hurt me in two months. Maybe he was just to worried about Jess.

I stood on my tip-toes and tried to see if I could see him. He was probably just late like usual. Well, since he wasn’t there I walked over to the small group and right away I got evil glares from the “gang”. Although I was shocked to see Jess smiling at me, I thought he was mad at me.

“Hi Sam” he said nicely to me.

“Hi. You’re not mad at me? I thought you were…so are you doing better? I’m really sorry by the way. I never rea-” I was stopped by his finger pressing against my mouth and him shushing me.

“You talk to much” he winked, “and no I’m not mad at you. I am also doing a lot better, thanks for asking.” He smiled and I …was blushing.

Have I been blushing? How weird was that, I never really blushed before. Jess looked over to the road, I guess he was waiting for Alex. I still don’t get why Alex is nice to him, he just looks like an average person to me. Although he is friend with Dylan now…maybe I just go the wrong impression of him…

Speaking of Dylan, he walked up to the group.

“What’s with all the kids hanging with us?” Max yelled angrily.

“Hey, I’m younger then both of them!” Jess yelled back at them.”

“Yeah well your cool, and you’re cool. But to be honest I wouldn’t have even talked to you if you weren’t Alex’s boyfr-…Alex’s friend.”

I looked over at Dylan who was giving Max a questioning look, then I looked at Max again and he was nodding. When I looked at Jess he was blushing and me, well I was confused…

“What are you guys “talking” about” I looked at Dylan but his mouth was just a gape.

“It’s nothing Sam”, Jess said while smiling and blushing, “Just forget about the whole thing”

Then Jess’s eyes became a glow as his smile got bigger when he saw…Alex. Alex was smiling too and had the same look on his face. We walked up to Jesse, saw me and just stood there looking at me. I was struck with fear as he stared at me, I closed my eyes and scrunched up my face afraid of being hit.

“Hi Sam…” I heard his sigh. I opened my eyes again to see his emotionless face looking at me. Shocked looks were everywhere.

Then I had a matching look when he put out his hand for me to shake, “How bout we forget about everything that has happened before. I know I was a jerk and an asshole but I’ve changed…and I hope we can start off new. So I just want to say…I’m sorry” I faint smile spread across his face. I stretched me hand forward somewhat non-trusting and shocked his hand. Surprisingly he didn’t flip me, or tear my arm off, he just shook it back.
