It took almost an hour to get Connor to calm down and put out the fire. The only reason we managed to get him, is because he passed out from exhaustion.
Then, Travis tried to calm a rampaging girl who almost went insane, because she thought Connor died and she was the cause.

That girl was unfortunately me.

I got a few odd looks, but I ignored them. I was really scared okay?!

"That was tasking." Travis says after we drop Connor at the infirmery.
I scoff, "Tasking?! He was running like a mad man on cocaine!!!"

"How do you-"

"Don't ask."

"Got it."
We continue the tour for some time before Travis checks the time on his watch sighing.
"I have to go for sword practice."
"Can I come?"
"I guess so."
I follow Travis to an open area filled with boys.
"Is this a boy only thing or..." I trail off, confused on why he brought me here.
"Not at all. Most girls prefer archery to sword fighting."
"Oh."
A few boys are probably practicing with extremely sharp swords.
"Let's get you a sword." Travis says, looking down at me. I nod staring at blonde boy, with electric blue eyes and a scar on his lip.

I wonder how he got that scar?

"Here."
I turn just in time to catch a sword. My mouth falls open and I look, wide eyed, at Travis
"Are you crazy?! Or are just trying to get me killed?!!" I whisper yell, trying not to draw attention. Travis doesn't answer but instead rolls his eyes.

"Listen up," a voice yells. It belongs to the blonde boy.
"We have a new student." He says pointing at me.
"So we're going to work on the basics."

The basically the basics are lunges, parries and thrusts. We all practice it multiple times with a partner each. My partner though, a brunette named Ethan, is very creepy.

He keeps smiling at me even though I hit him 'accidentally' with my sword.

We have a break after half an hour and I'm panting like a maniac. I lie on the grass because I can't be bothered to move.

Everything hurts!!

I was peacefully resting when I was interrupted.

"Hey."
It's Ethan.
I don't answer, but I nod in greeting. But he still doesn't get the message.

"Soo, which cabin are you in?" He asks.
I groan, but reply anyways."Hermes cabin. I'm undetermined."
"Oh." He frowns for a second then smiles even wider than before.
"What's your name?"

Of course I didn't tell him my name!!
There's something called strangers!!!

I sigh defeatedly, he really ain't going away without a fight.
"My name's Alexander Dare."
"Are you somehow related to someone called Rachel Elizabeth Dare? "
I scowl, "No."

After a few more questions, Ethan finally leaves me alone. So, I wasted my break having a conversation. That's cold.

"I need a volunteer to help present this technique." Jason, the blonde boy says.

No one volunteers, even though he asked for one. I roll my eyes. Boys are a bunch of chickens.
So I raise my hands. As I do so, I hear snickers from the crowd.

"Ok Alex, come up front."
I walk up front confidently towards my unknown death.
Apparently, Jason is a sword fighting master. I'm sure I have bruises from when he batted my sides. As the presentation ends, I fall on the ground, a battered mess. He then comes to me and smiles.

"Hi." He says. My everything hurts, so I groan in reply. He chuckles at me.
"Don't worry. You'll get better with some practice. It's more of creativity than of technique."
I nod and stretch my hands forward signalling him to pull me up. As our hands connect, I groan as more memories fly through my brain.
I don't tell him anything though, but I know I will have to.
Now we were practicing freestyle. Jason and I got into our position. I search through Jason's memories and realise that Jason is mainly defence and never makes the first move. Maybe I can use that to my advantage. I lunge at him and he moves to the side to dodge. He then used the flat of the blade on the back of my knee causing me to fall on my face. As I turn around the tip of the blade is right at my chin.

I hold my breathe as I think of a way out. I mentally smirk as I think if a way out. I use my blade and whack his blade away making him loose his balance. As he staggers back, I quickly get to my feet and sweep the flat of the blade under his feet so be falls. As soon as he falls I kicked his blade away so he is left defenceless.

A few seconds pass, and it's silent. Then the crowd roars and start cheering my name.

I get a few pats on the back and I drop my blade back in the inventory. I go towards my cabin. I'm talking excitedly to Travis  about the next lesson I can go to, when I bump into a large figure. I'm about to apologise, when the dude holds me high by the collar. I start struggling more when I realise that the dude is a girl and she is BUFF.

"Look I'm sorry, but violence to isn't the answer. So can you put me down!!" She cocks her head and smirks at me. "Oh look, it's the newbie. Honestly, I thought you'd be less scrawny."

Frustrated I snarl at her, "  And I thought you'd be smarter. I said put me the hell down!!"
"Clarisse, put her down." Travis says.
"No one asked you, Stoll." She then turns back to me, "Since your mouth is so big, we can have a match. Hand combat. Monday. Ditch me, and you'll regret it."
She drops me on the floor and walks away. I growl loudly at her, but it seems that Travis is the only one that heard it over the noise. He looks at me with a mixture of horror and curiosity. But I shrug it off.

I have a big bully to fight.
