"Girl, what do you really think about this?" Kim asked as she adjusted the short white dress on her body to fit perfectly.
"For the umpteenth time, it looks sexy! I hope you know you have a weird obsession with white clothes right?" Jacqueline asked as she shook her head.
"Oh yes I know. It completes my angelic look." Kim said smiling from ear to ear.
"Oh you wish." Jacqueline laughed. "How's this one on me?" She asked as she turned around to show Kim the short black velvet dress she'd had on.
"You look like a goddess." Kim smiled. "Better buy that!"
The girls paid for the clothes and left the store.
"Hey, let's head to that ice cream shop over there. I need some sweetness on my tongue."
"You said it!" Jacqueline replied.
They put the bags in the car and headed to the ice cream shop. There were 4 people in line so they stood behind them.
"Hi there!" Marley said as he looked behind and saw Kim.
"Hello." Kim smiled.
"Beautiful day for ice cream isn't it?" Marley asked.
"Yes, it's a very beautiful day." Kim replied.
"I'm Marley." He said as he extended his hand for a shake.
"I'm Kim." She replied and shook his hand.
"Pleasure to meet you. I have to say though..."
"Marley what flavour do you want?" Chris interrupted him.
"Uhm, Chocolate and Vanilla with crushed waffles please. Thank you!"
"Got it! " Chris replied.
"Sorry about that. " Marley apologized.
"No worries." Kim replied.
"I was going to say, you look really familiar, like I've seen you somewhere before." Marley deemed his eyes.
"I don't think so." Kim smiled.
"Maybe you're right. I probably saw you in my dreams or something." He chuckled and Kim blushed.
Chris settled the bill and called on his friend as he walked away.
"Hold on a sec." Marley said to Kim as he faced the ice cream vendor. "Hey man, here's a 20 for whatever the girls behind me are having. Keep the change."
The vendor thanked him and collected the money.
"Have a beautiful day Miss Kim." Marley smiled as he waved to both of them and walked away.
"Bye." She waved back.
They got to the front of the line and told the vendor what flavour of ice cream they wanted. They were about to pay when the vendor told them that the gentleman before them settled the bill.
