3 Weeks later, Jacqueline enrolled in a Fashion School while her friend Kim, started her search for a place she'd use as an office for her Interior Design Business.
The following weekend, Jacqueline sent some pictures to Kim, of a place she had seen online that's up for rent. Judging from the pictures, the place looked very nice and spacious and didn't look like it needed much work done. Even though Kim liked them, she knew she had to see the place first.
On Monday, Kim alongside Jacqueline and Marley drove down to the location in order to inspect the place up for rent.
After days of searching for the perfect spot, Kim new she'd finally found herself in a place she could hardly resist.
"Wow Jacqueline, How on earth did you discover this place?" Kim gasped the second she walked inside.
"I have my sources." She winked.
"Of all the places I have been to, I have to say this is the best one. How beautiful is this place Darling?" She turned to Marley with a face full of smiles.
"The best one I've seen so far as well. Very nice and spacious." Marley replied looking around.
"Between this and the one we saw 2 days ago, which would you rather have me choose?" She asked Marley.
"I think this one beats all of them hands down. I'd definitely pick this one." He replied.
"This one it is then." Kim said to the Real Estate agent who in turn told them to meet him at his office in order to sign some documents regarding the place.
"Yes! Finally!" She jumped on Marley who caught her just in time and gave her a kiss.
"Hey, you guys should get a room! I don't want to see anything that I wouldn't be able to forget." She laughed.
"Young Lady, it's your turn for some smooching. I have to kiss you for finding this place for me." Kim pouched her lips and followed Jacqueline as she ran around the room.
"Hell no! The only person kissing me from now on is Chris. Marley, get your girl." She giggled as she ran away from Kim.
"Don't worry Kim I'll help you get her. She must be kissed." Marley laughed as he blocked the only way for Jacqueline to escape Kim's grip.
"You guys ganged up on me right? Marley I can't believe you did this to me." She giggled as Kim planted the kisses on her face.
"There! Great job Marley. We are the perfect team that's why I love you."
"And that's why I love you!" He grabbed her and kissed her on the lips.
"Ugh! You guys grow up."
"I think she wants round 2." Marley said to Kim.
"I think she does. Come here Jacqueline let me kiss you some more."
"You'll never catch me this time!" She laughed and ran out of the building with Kim on her trail.

Jacqueline went back home while Marley drove Kim to the Real Estate agent's office.
When they got there, Marley surprised Kim by paying for 6 months of her rent in advance. This came as a huge shock to Kim because he never discussed this with her before now.
"Oh my God Marley, how come you never told me you were going to do this for me?" She asked when they left the Agent's office.
"Because I had a feeling you'd try to stop me." He smiled.
"Oh my goodness!" Kim put her hand on her face. "I don't even know what to say."
"You don't have to say anything." He smiled. "I just want you to be happy."
"Of course I am Marley. Thank you so much for this wonderful surprise my love. You've been such a blessing to me, I can't even start to explain how lucky I am to have you in my life." Kim sobbed.
"Hey now, don't cry darling." He said as he reached to hug her. "I love you and will always be here for you. Now wipe that tear off." He chuckled and she smiled.
"I love you so much Marley."
"I love you more." He smiled.

The next day after work, Chris and Marley decided to meet up at a bar so they could conclude their plans for Kim and Jacqueline's birthday which falls on the same day of the same month.
"I want this to be big because I have a huge surprise for Jacqueline." Chris smiled.
"Man, I don't think you're surprise is going to be as huge as mine but let me hear it anyway." Marley chuckled.
"Oh really? In that case I better hear yours first." Chris laughed.
"Okay how about we say it at once?" Marley said.
"Alright, on 3!" Chris counted. "1...2...3!"
"I'M GONNA PROPOSE !" Both men said in unison.
"What? Are you serious?" Marley smiled.
"Whoa! We both had the same thing in mind? How is this possible?" Chris asked feeling amazed.
"Dude... I have no idea but how cool is this? Best friends propose to best friends on the same day." Marley laughed hysterically.
"Definitely something you don't see everyday." Chris joined him in laughing.
"This Saturday is going to be a day we'll all remember and cherish forever. Do you believe it?" Marley asked in all sincerity.
"I believe it Marley. Infact now I know that this is all meant to be. We're truly blessed my Man!"
"We are! How do you think the girls are going to react to this?" Marley asked as he took a sip of his drink.
"I know they're going to be blown away. For the fact that they like to do everything together, this would be the most exciting thing for them. You know how girls get so crazy over wedding preparations? Just imagine 2 best friends planning their wedding day together."
"That would be an exhilarating experience." Marley said.
"I know it gets so crazy and exhausting when planning weddings but I honestly cant wait to be a part of it." Chris smiled.
"Me too my Man! Me too!" Marley smiled and shook hands with Chris.
