A month went by since Chris last saw Jacqueline and he couldn't stop thinking about her. Marley noticed this and asked Chris if he wanted him to set up a casual date with her and Kim but he declined. When Marley asked him his reason for declining, he explained that he needed some time to make sure that he was not only physically ready but also, mentally and emotionally.
Even though Chris really liked Jacqueline, he was somehow scared to make all of his feelings known to her at once. The reason being that, she might end up misinterpreting his true intentions. After all, he couldn't forget the horrible first impression he made on her, so anything he did now, had to be completed perfect.
After another week passed, he called up his friend, Marley, on a Saturday evening and they decided to meet at a bar.
"I feel this is the right time, Marley. I'm ready to talk to her and make my intentions known if only she'll listen. What do you think?"
"I think you're doing the right thing my friend and I'm solidly behind you on this. Jacqueline is a very good woman and I have absolutely no doubt in my mind, that she'll be more that perfect for you." Marley smiled.
"Thank you for your support my brother." Chris said as he extended his hand to Marley.
"Always here for you Man!" Marley smiled as he shook him.

The next day, Marley called Kim and explained everything about how Chris felt towards her friend. He told her that for a start, he would really like all 4 of them to go on a casual date. This made Kim very excited and she promised to convince Jacqueline to come along.
"Do you think it'll work?" Marley said over the phone.
"I hope it does. First I've got to get her to agree." Kim replied.
"Agree to what?" Jacqueline yelled from her kitchen.
"Oh, gotta go. Expect a call from me soon." Kim said as she hung up.
She stood up and went to the kitchen where Jacqueline was doing the dishes. Kim explained everything to her in the exact way Marley said it after which she told her about the casual date they would like to have together.
"Count me out!" Jacqueline said as she dried her hands with a napkin.
"Why? It's just lunch. If you don't feel comfortable we can always leave." Kim replied as she followed her from the kitchen to the living room.
"I'm not interested, Kim. Besides, I've got to practice my dance moves for tonight." Jacqueline winked at her as she climbed up the newly installed pole in her apartment.
"Well alright then. I'll go tell Marley to turned down the offer." Kim said and left.

That same evening, Chris pulled up at Marley's home sporting a black leather jacket with a white T-shirt underneath together with a pair of grey coloured jeans and white sneakers.
"Looking sharp my dude!" Marley exclaimed as soon as he opened the door. "Where are you going?"
"I'm going to look for Jacqueline but I have no idea what the name of the Strip Club is. I tried to call you but your phone's off." Chris replied.
"Oh right, I forgot to put it on after I returned from the gym. But seriously though, are you really going there to look for her?"
"I have no choice. This is the only way to prove to her that I'm serious." Chris responded.
"Alright then. I hope it works out. The name of the club is LUSCIOUS-STRIP GENTLEMEN'S CLUB."
"Thanks man. See you at the office tomorrow."
