"Shinsu is the World itself.Shinsu helps us breath,and live life.It is also the core of all energy.We can't do anything without Shinsu.Shinsu can be water,fire,or light.It can change in infinite ways.There is no way that can perfectly describe this fantastic element.It is like a blessing from God.Controlling Shinsu is like interrupting the role of god."
(Y/n) was very interested.
"Because it is so powerful,it is dangerous to control Shinsu.I can kill all of the regulars here....in 5 seconds."
A chill went up (Y/n)'s spine at that comment.
"Isn't that scary?As controlling Shinsu is very dangerous,in order to use it without a special item,you need to have permission from the floor's administrator.You can use items without permission because the items were approved when they were made.But if you're using more than a specific amount of Shinsu,you must get permission from the floor's administrator.This is generally called a 'Contract with the Administrator.'You must make this contract on every floor or you will be restricted in your Shinsu use. Mr.Lauroe,you already contracted the Administrator Correct?"
"Well..Yes."
"You must be the type that Reads Shinsu in his sleep.Well okay,besides Mr.Lauroe I can safely assume that nobody here has make a contract with the Administrator.So the first thing you need to do in order to contact the Administrator is.....close your eyes and change your pocket to visible mode.Each regular was given an E rank pocket when they enter the Tower but once you pass the 40th floor you'll need to buy the next level up in order to contact the Administrator.Now say to the pocket,'Contract the Administrator.'"
(Y/n) followed the instructions and a Dragon like being swirled around him.
"I am the Administrator of this floor. Have you come to make a contract?"
"Yeah,I've come for a contract."
"Let me see if you are qualified to control Shinsu."
There was a moment of silence then the Administrator spoke up.
"You are extremely prepared to wield Shinsu.Remember Climber of the Tower,these chains are not power they are shackles."
After the class (Y/n) sat in silence while trying to figure our just how to use Shinsu.
"Lauroe.Explain Shinsu to me one more time."
Lauroe explained how to use a Bang one last time to (Y/n).
(Y/n) sat in silence and imagined the World in his hand.
The energy of the world around him placing itself in his palm.
(Y/n) felt a ball of energy sit in his hand.
Lauroe looked at him with wide eyes.
"15 minutes.......to make a fully formed Bang....."
Lauroe just went to sleep out of exhaustion.
(Y/n) ate his lunch peacefully with Satomi and Daewi before having to go to his next class.
This class was all about popping balloons with Shinsu.

Bam also got two. (Y/n) got 3.
He was advancing at a wonderful rate. He did have to thank Lauroe because he was training him.
(Y/n) ate lunch once more with Satomi and Daewi before they had to go to their classes. (Y/n) was really starting to like them.
"As I explained in my last lesson,A 'Bang' is the basic cluster of Shinsu.The size of a Bang is called 'Myun',and the consistency of Shinsu that can be injected into a Bang is called 'Su.'Bang,Myun,and Su are all important,but among them 'Bang is the most important to Wave Controllers.The more numbers of Bangs you control,the more effective it is to neutralize an enemy.If I fight Mr.Bam who can only control one Bang,while using 3,he has to figure out another way to deal with the other two Bangs.However,Controlling multiple Bangs is very difficult.If you focus on one just a little bit more than the other,the other Bang will vanish."
(Y/n) sat in his seat trying to do it but couldn't.
Bam stood in front of the other students trying to do it,but couldn't either.
"It is difficult indeed.It feels like having to move one arm a little bit more than the other."
Bam looked at his hands and stretched out his fingers.
"Difficult you say....?I learned how to materialize my first Bang two years after I learned what Shinsu was,but people still called me a genius.But,it has only taken you and (Y/n) less than 3 weeks in order to learn what Shinsu truly is and in order to make a Bang.Your talent is something to be glad for as you make your way up the Tower.Remember that."
"Um Sir."
"Hmm?"
(Y/n) held two separate Bangs in his hands.
The class went completely silent,besides Lauroe's soft snoring.
"Every class has a way that students can pass the next test without having to do it.I made a goal jokingly that a student could have 2 bangs at once.....Mr.(Y/n),you have passed the next test."
A soft "woo" escaped (Y/n)'s mouth as he pulled his sleeping goggles over his face and started to take a nap,and in what looked like seconds,he was knocked out.
(Y/n) slept through the next few test without a care in the world. For some reason,he knew that Daewi and Satomi would pass. He just felt it.
(Y/n) awoke to hear Bam.
"Because I'm an Irregular!"
"Bam,Weren't you supposed to keep that a secret? Welp,I'm one too!"
Bam caught (Y/n) up and told him that they must take the test of the Administrator in order to bring Rachel up the Tower.
(Y/n) agreed to after he talked to Satomi and Daewi about it.
Khun convinced everyone who didn't want to to take the test with Bam by making himself look like the Bad guy and making no one want to stay with him, with the help of Rak,who was in in the plan too.
There was about a week of preparation and (Y/n) worked on some martial arts that came to mind but none of it seemed truly natural.
