Title: Just a Boring day.

---------

"So today we'll be learning about..." The teachers words faded out of (Y/n)'s mind.

"Jeez, Today has been boring. I know that I need to write a lot when I get home... Doing commissions doesn't come easy..." (Y/n) sighed as he locked eyes with a cute girl.

"Oh Jeez. I do not need to catch any feels, not today." (Y/n) chuckled internally as he continued through his day, ignoring the fact that the cute girl was certainly looking at him a lot.

"I cannot. I will not fall for my old neediness for an extra 'friend.'" (Y/n) thought as he made his way to his last class.

"Ay (Y/n)! My good old buddy pal!" Finn, the generally loud friend who is very perverted on his surface, but is actually very kind and calm deep down, wrapped his arm around (Y/n), in a very bro-like manner.

"Hey Finland, What's up?" (Y/n), the quiet teen who gives off a very calm aura, but is actually a very excitable and loud person, asked his friend.

"Nothin, He's just talking about Miss William being in yoga pants today." Harrison, an equally perverted teen who is a drama nerd, intervened in their conversation.

"Ah, Alright. I know she's thicc Finland, you don't gotta tell me twice." (Y/n) envisioned his plump teacher in yoga pants, even when he had seen it just a few hours prior.

"Hey, You guys heard of the stuff that's been happening with Kingpin?" Harrison, aka Harry, asked his friends, only to receive two head shakes. "Well, Basically..."

-----

"So, Kingpin is starting to create a group of villains to kill Spider-Gwen?" (Y/n) asked his friend, and he got a vicious nod.

"So... What can we do about it?" (Y/n) asked the obvious question, only to get a disappointed sigh from Harry.

"You...have to go help her." Harry tried to encourage (Y/n), only to get completely ignored.

"(Y/n), at least try to listen to him!" Finn got (Y/n) to stop and consider what Harrison said. "Okay Harry. Let's assume I can do something that Spider-Gwen can't, and I can help her out, then how can I possibly meet with her?"

"Well... Wherever crime is, she is..." Harry insinuated a horrible idea. "...You want me to get in trouble on purpose?" Harry nodded to (Y/n)'s question.

"Meet at my apartment at 7 tonight." Harry walked off happily as (Y/n) and Finn just stood silently. "I'm totally about to do something very stupid." Finn could only nod.

"Why do you losers seem so sullen?" (Y/n) and Finn jumped at the sound of Jessica's voice. "Well, we're basically gonna put my life on a very small chance." (Y/n) said nonchalantly. "What?! Why?" Jess questioned, not actually expecting an answer from them. "We have to talk to the thicc goddess known as Spider-Gwen!" Finn basically drooled at the thought of the heroine.

"Really? (Y/n) actually has a future, so why don't you go Finn?" Jess asked rudely. "Well damn, that was mean." (Y/n) rubbed Jess's head. "Hey, I'm just saying the truth!" Jess retorted as she shook off (Y/n).

"Well... We need (Y/n)'s skills of persuasion, and I don't have that... No matter how much I would wanna meet that hourglass figure!" Finn walked off with a happy grin on his face, leaving (Y/n) and Jess.

"He's an idiot." Jess insulted while she crossed her arms, pushing up her chest. "I know... but he's really cool deep down." (Y/n) made sure to not look at Jess's chest. "And besides, you know firsthand how he can be." (Y/n) mentioned to Jess, getting a nod.

"Yeah, the damn pervert groped me for a dare!" Jess remembered the dare vividly, and just how much she was embarrassed and frustrated at the time. "You know, I would've been fine if you groped me back then." Jess dropped a bomb on (Y/n) before nonchalantly walking away. "Wait... What?!" (Y/n) was beyond confused as Jess threw up a peace sign before walking out of (Y/n)'s sight.

"I need to go home and write before I go out tonight." (Y/n) made his way home, after picking up his bag, and the first thing he did was fall asleep.

He woke up to Finn calling him. He groggily answered the phone to hear an annoyed Finn. "Bro, where are you?!" (Y/n) quickly realized what was happening so he grabbed his Dragon Ball wallet and walked ou t of his apartment complex, making sure not to forget to lock up his room.

"Yeah I know. Where are we meeting up?" (Y/n) asked, and Finn gave Harry the phone. "Well, we were supposed to meet at my place, but your dumbass being late changed that!" Harry texted (Y/n) an address to come to. "Go to that address, and you'll just have to just go on the fly, cause Spider-Gwen is swinging around, and she'll pass here in about 20 minutes!" (Y/n) groaned and began running towards the destination.

His heart pumped strongly on his chest, his body filled with energy. "I can't remember the last time I truly felt this drive! I forgot... how much so love this feeling!" (Y/n) loved the feeling of adrenaline in his veins, and he hasn't felt it in a very long time.

"I will help Spider-Gwen, cause she protects this city, but who will protect her? Nobody! I will be the one who protects her, cause I have to be the one!" (Y/n) thought as he saw a small oil puddle in the distance. "Let's see if my parkour training from so many years back will help me out!" (Y/n) saw a bar hanging from a door and knew that he should go straight over it.

He jumped up and ran across the wall for a moment, then he grabbed the bar and swung to the other side of the oil. "Good! I need to be able to do this!" (Y/n) continued to rush towards the address. He slowed down as he approached the address, only for a spider to drop onto him.

He didn't even notice it until it bit him. "Ow, Damn." (Y/n) swatted the spider off of him and continued on to where Spider-Gwen would show up. " Hey, heads up! Spider-Gwen will be there in about 30 seconds." Harry texted (Y/n).

(Y/n) didn't even have time to think before he heard a familiar-yet-unfamiliar voice.

"It is odd that you're out at a time like this." A "thwip" sound radiated through the alley, and there stood Spider-Gwen in front of (Y/n).

"What's up? It's unsafe to be out around this time." Spider-Gwen warned (Y/n), as he just tried to form proper words to use for a response.

"What? Am I just too cute? Have I hypnotized you?" Spider-Gwen asked as (Y/n) shook his head.

"Miss Spider-Gwen, I believe that you're in incredible danger." (Y/n) said without faltering, surprising even himself.

"So you came to a random alley for me to talk to you? Y'know, I do have a Twitter for a reason." Spider-Gwen's comment somehow sucked all the seriousness out of the air.

"Huh."

"Yup, A full Twitter account." Spider-Gwen said again, ready to swing again. "Kingpin is making a group of villains to kill you!" (Y/n) just spoke the truth.

Spider-Gwen then pulled back down her arm, showing (Y/n) that she was paying attention.

"...I'll give you 5 minutes to catch my attention, or I'm gonna just take a look for myself."
