I'm not sure if I'm supposed to let him in but then again it is Xavier's father...
"You want to speak with me sir?"
"Yes, I want you to leave my son alone, he has been living very well without you but since you appeared in his life he has been slacking off at work, you do know he is the boss which means he has a lot of responsibility. He can't just stay at home with you all the time, your such a bad influence" and from there he didn't even give me a chance to explain myself.
"I'll give you 3 days and if you won't leave I don't know what I will do to you... Anyways I need to go" and he stood up and left.
I don't understand why he is trying to break us apart, I mean am I actually a bad influence? What if me leaving Xavier is actually help him become his usual self rather than who he has become now.
The whole afternoon until now which is 8pm I sat in the bedroom thinking about what Xavier's father has said to me, I also locker the door because I need time to myself, in case one of the maids or guards come in and annoy me.
Xaviers POV
my driver just finished driving on he drive way and parking the car, but something was wrong the who mansions lights were out, I know at your his time all the workers would have finished but what about carnia? She doesn't like the dark if I can remember so why are all the lights closed?
"Thank you Keven you can go off work now" I say to my driver and there he went.
As I slowly approach the door something inside of me didn't feel right so I quickly open the door and run up to the bedroom. I try opening the door but it doesn't budge.
"Carnia? Are you inside? Open the door please? Hello, baby?..." The door unlocks and half of carnias face apears between the small gap that she has opened.
"Hey babe... Whats wrong?"
"Nothing, I was just thinking" and so I slowly opened the door a bit more so I can enter.
"Thinking about what?"
"Just stuff..."
"For example?"
"Us..."
"Us? What do you mean us? Arent we fine?"
"Xavier, am I a distraction to you?, Do I distract you from doing your everyday routine?"
"Baby what are you talking about, no... you are part of my routine" and I sat beside her to try and get whats going through her mind.
"I had a chat with... Nvm"
"Had a chat with who? It was my father was it? Don't keep in mind what he has said to you ok, just ingnore it" I placed my hand around her shoulder and pulled her closer.
"He is right, I am changing you into someone that is not you" and she jerked my hand away.
"No no marshmallow, your turning me into someone who has feelings, who knows how to love, care and help" I move closer trying to let her know that I'm here for her.
"I think that we need a break from each other, and I know I sound annoying and distant but I think it's best so that you can get your business together and I go find myself" she stood up and turned facing right Infront of me.
"I can't live without you, if you leave my whole world will fall apart."
"I'm not leaving leaving, I just believe that we need a break."
"What about the wedding then?, The contract?"
"I'm sorry Xavier, I really am, but understand for me please" as for now, her tears are falling down like a river and I couldn't help but tear up a little.
"Can I still visit you?"
"You can come visit once a month"
"Wh--- NO!"
"Ok then, you can visit once a month but can also call once a week." I don't know if I should accept this offer, and why is she making rules?
"Where will you go?" I ask to make sure she's not gonna run away.
"I'm gonna live with my close friend, he is really nice to me"
"It's a bloody fucking he? NO!"
"Can you not be so childish, he's gay for God's sake" the guilt rose even more when she said that.
"I'm sorry for what my father has done to your parents and yo---"
"Please don't bring that up anymore, it has past and i don't want to remember it BC I wanted us to work, but now what your father has said made me think twice about everything."
"Ok ok I'm so sorry just, ok I'll let you go l, but can you text me when you arrive? And can you go tomorrow, it's getting lat---"
"No, I think the sooner I go the better it will be for the two of us" and there she started packing while I was sitting there dumbfounded.
She was don't packing in 5 minutes...
"Wait marshmallow... Here take this" I took off the necklace that has been with me since I was a baby until now...

She pulls away and gives me a last hug and whispers "I love you" she runs out and into a cab as I see her go away in a the distance... Right there, I just lost the woman I love most.
