BACK AT STAR Labs Caitlin was telling Barry that he had, had a Distal Radius Fracture. Chloe had no idea what it was but she already could tell it was healed. Three hours is how long it took to heal.

"How is that even possible?" Barry asked Caitlin.

Caitlin looked down, "We don't know..." She paused, reassuring, "Yet." Cisco gave Barry a smile, "You really need to learn how to stop." Barry chuckled at that.

Chloe asked, "What did make you stop, Barr?" She hoped it had nothing to do with their mother. The moment got tense as Barry said, "I started remembering something."

Chloe looked at him her soft blue eyes wide in what could only be fear, as she stuttered, "It- It was about Mom, wasn't it?" Barry nodded, as Cisco and Caitlin were concerned, as long as they knew Chloe, she had never stuttered.

Caitlin and Cisco both asked, "What about your mom?"

Barry was silent until he said, "When I was 11 and Chloe was 14, our mother was murdered."

Chloe looked down closing her eyes trying to stop the memories from coming back. She didnt want to think about that monster. She looked back up as Barry went on, although her eyes were unfocused as she subconsciously clenched her fist into balls, trying not to remember that horrible night.

"It was late. A sound woke me up. I came downstairs and... I saw what looked like a ball of lighting. Inside the lightning, there was a man. He killed my mom-" Chloe cut him off, her bitterly adding, trying not to let out a sob, "They arrested our dad. He's still in Iron Heights..."

She then laughed humorlessly, hate filling her voice, her eyes narrowing slightly, "Not like they could've caught that monster anyway. He was gone faster than I could blink-" Her words and tone held pure and utter hatred, it scared her teammates. They had never heard the woman speak with so much hatred, they never noticed how broken and tired and angry her blue eyes looked.

Barry looked at her confused, before going on, "Everyone, The cops, the shrinks, they all told me what I saw was impossible-"

He was cut off by Chloe again, her voice cold, and emotionless, though, if you listened close enough you could hear her trying to hold down a few tears, her voice croaky, "Well. . they were wrong. Like they would've listened to two kids anyway-" She laughed, though it was a laugh of despair, "But I saw it happen... It definitely wasn't dad, Barr..."
