The alternate Sam Carter was with Kavreesh in the Furor's cockpit, Hothok contacted the other Sam Carter.

"So you found Dentralla?"

She stared blankly at the holo image and said, "We found a lot more."

"Good, you rescued all the other slaves."

"Yes, we have, but that isn't what I was talking about." She paused, "we found your alternate — in the mines."

She was not one bit surprised.

"You mean you knew!?"

"I was not expecting it. To tell you the truth, I was not sure if we could be in the same place in time, but I'm not surprised you did."

"We haven't told her you all are on Tython, or she has inadvertently crossed realities. If she is as strong as you are in the Force, she may figure it out and realize this craziness."

"When that time comes, we'll deal with it. Just be with her. I can feel her anguish from here."

"I was wondering if you need to talk to her privately. You know yourself more than anyone."

"Since this adventure doesn't happen every day, I have no clue what is the right thing to do. As you know from life itself, the answers are never easy." She paused for a moment, "I have sent Tumok to Yavin 4. I was supposed to go with him later on, but I will contact him about this alternate of mine is in our reality. It destined him to train me, and it seems to whom it should be."

"What we need to do is send her back to her reality."

"Who is to know, it meant her to be with us? As you keep telling me, it was lucky that you all found me. I think I'm the one out of place regarding space and time — yes?"

Hothok thought for a moment, "You give a most interesting concept. Just the same, you are here. Never know Sam, you two, could be the first ancient Tok'ra — another word I wonder if it means you to blend as one Sam Carter with her?"

"During my years with the SGC, I had a few bouts of multi-realities, but it was nothing like this."

"When Chari and Skyma said you were the unique person in the universe, I would have never thought of this."

"Same here. Please keep me posted. Stay with her."

"I agree."

The Furor finally arrived at its destination. Kavreesh put his ship out of hyperspace. Through the cockpit window, Sam examined the moon, Yavin 4. She stated with amazement, "If you didn't tell me this was a moon, I would have thought it was a planet."

"I take it you do not live on your moon?" Kavreesh asked.

"Not yet. There are far too many cosmic bombardments, making it unsafe to live on."

"When we do finally get you home, I am sure any of us can teach the people of Earth how to protect themselves from such matters. We have our share of cosmic radiations, asteroids, and anything you can name. As you will see, all kinds of life are on Yavin 4, including plant life."

A heavy silence pressed down on Samantha. The more her gaze lingered on the alien moon, the more it morphed into a cruel reflection of Earth. With every crater mirroring a familiar lake, her heart ached for the man she'd left behind – Jack O'Neill. A bittersweet pang shot through her. He was her anchor, a memory both comforting and agonizing. It was a struggle to tear her focus away, to ground herself in this sterile, metallic world. Time stretched before her, a vast, empty canvas she dreaded filling with only thoughts of Jack and the warmth of his embrace. "If that will ever happen again," she whispered, the words catching in her throat, a desperate plea hanging in the sterile air.
