Forget coincidence, reader. Sam and Jack, in their reality, mirrored the actions of their alternates. Oblivious to the mirrored love unfolding across dimensions, they simply acted on the purest expression of their bond.

The connection transcended realities. Sam reaching out to her alternate wasn't a fluke, any more than temporal laws were the ironclad restrictions some stories portrayed. They were elegant fictions, not the true nature of existence. Time, it seemed, wasn't bound by rigid constraints — it was about survival.

Chari's hate for her mother, the twisted core of her being, mirrored the grotesque transformation of her body. Hatred, a consuming obsession, had stripped away her humanity, leaving a husk fueled by an all-encompassing loathing. This wasn't a mere Twi'lek; this was a monstrosity born of pure animosity. The ugliness festering within finally erupted on the surface, a grotesque reflection of her soul.

This crossroads, however, held a different story. Chari's machinations, for now, were irrelevant. Yet, if she observed, her hatred must have curdled further witnessing the unbridled love radiating from these two pairs.

Love was only part of the equation. Just as a building required a foundation and intricate framework, life thrived on complexity. These realities, seemingly separate, were intricately entwined. Both could exist independently, yes, but without occasional interdimensional crossings, Major Samantha Carter might still languish in those mines. After all, it was a Jedi from another reality who secured her freedom.

This was just the beginning. The true nature of these crossroads, the reason for their existence, remained shrouded in mystery.

After the week of spending time with her friends from Earth, Sam went back to her Jedi training. Her friends at the bar were getting ready for a wedding. They wanted to make this the best moment in Sam's life. After all, she needed some darn wonderful memories of this world.

Hothok took Teal'c and Daniel to Dagobah, where the Stargate was held, so they could go back to Earth. She knew Sam and Jack's family and friends would want to be at the wedding. As they were flying to Dagobah, she asked, "Will these chevrons change if we move the Stargate?"

Teal'c answered, "If you only use one Stargate in this galaxy, no. There are no planets that can be that close to any constellation to make that much of a difference as far as dialing into the Stargate. It is when a galaxy uses more than one Stargate, things are much different."

Hothok replied, "I thought so. Not into astronomy like Jack, but this is not my first time flying into space. For the time being, we Jedi Knights are not planning to use more than one Stargate."

"Where are you planning to move it?"

"We Jedi have been talking about Coruscant. We can protect it better there. I am sure that Earth will send several people through for Sam and Jack's wedding. It will be better for the wedding to be in Coruscant than Yavin 4."

"Since very few know about the Stargate Program on Earth, it may take some time before we can send everyone through."

She sighed, "I guess if I were to believe no one else lived in the universe, I would panic too. I also would allow everyone to learn that other life forms are living throughout the galaxy and the universe."

"The Tau'ri are very curious people, but they seem to have great fear for what they do not understand."

"That should change!"

"Indeed, it should. I am hoping they will do so once the friends and family of Sam and Jack come to this galaxy. Once they see the reality of what is out there, they will have no reason to fear it."
