"We'd like to welcome you all back to another year at Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry." His voice echoed through the hall, he stood at the podium and looked over at the 4 tables. The four tables contained four different houses, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin. Most of the attention was on Dumbledore himself, the first years sat up straight, ears perked at the announcement, then you had the 7th year who really couldn't give a damn.
In the midst of the drawn out speech, the grand doors of the Great Hall were pushed open with a clamorous screech, the wooden door grazing against the floor.
At the deafening sound breaking through the serene atmosphere of the hall, everyone turned towards the door, only to see a certain Ravenclaw pushing the door shut. "Nice of you to finally join us Miss Jeong." Dumbledore spoke, suppressing a smile at the girl who didn't even seem phased by the fact she was painstakingly late.
Her deep brown, straight hair fell down her back and swayed side to to side as she strided towards her seat. Eyes followed her as she walked, a few whispers broke out, yet she paid no mind. "Hi Nari." Luna smiled, her dazed eyes moving to Nari to greet her. Greeting Luna briefly, she sat in her seat and turned towards the front, already wanting the year to be over.
"As I was saying," Dumbledore started again and started to Drone on. Not even two minutes later, the doors were pushed open again and a heavy sigh left the teachers lips. "Huang Renjun, unlike you to be late...hurry and take a seat."
Renjun bowed slightly and hurried to his place, seating himself next to a bored looking Nari. "I told you we'd be late." Nari stated, bumping her shoulder against Renjun who was currently fixing his shoelaces. He glared up at her through his hair that fell over his eyes. "It's not my fault." He hissed, rolling his eyes. Nari shrugged in reply and turned to the front again.
"I hope everyone can get along this year, all dismissed."
Nari was quick to stand up, not even glancing back when she started striding towards the doors, weaving through people and throwing the occasional 'excuse me'. Renjun groaned and hurried to keep up to his best friend, muttering to himself about what a pain she is.
"YAH JEONG NARI." Renjun exclaimed, tired of chasing her. Nari turned around at her name, only to bump into someone. And of course it was Donghyuck, a smirk plastered on his face. "Watch where you're going Darling." He teased, laughing at her sour expression. "Suck my dick Donghyuck." She glowered, rolling her eyes. Donghyuck cocked up a brow in amusement, but spotted his friends. "Jaemin, Draco!" He called out. Nari pushed past Donghyuck, barging her shoulder into his as she walked towards Renjun who was accompanied by Luna.
"You have such a lovely face structure." Luna exclaimed in awe, fingers reaching out towards Renjun's face. He laughed uncomfortably and leaned away slightly. "Sorry to interrupt here, can I borrow Renjun?" Nari said joining them Luna nodded and airily skipped away. Sighing, Nari linked her arms with Renjun's and they both headed towards the door.
