We decided to race to Petra's house. Lukas, Axel and Olivia were already there waiting. They saw we were racing and they put their arms in front of us to act as a ribbon. I slowed down to let Reuben win. He jumped around victoriously. We laughed and hugged our friends.
Jesse: "Do you guys know what's going on?"
Axel: "No clue. I've never had a weirder phone call. Especially not from Petra."
Olivia: "She told us to come a bit later but we just got so curious."
Lukas: "The phone call wasn't the weirdest thing. We've been hearing some pretty strange noises coming from in there."
Axel: "We're starting to get worried."
Olivia: "We were going to knock on the door to see if she was alright."
Lukas: "But we thought I'd be best if we stay out of it until it's time."
Suddenly we heard a small bang then we heard Petra yell.
Petra: "Ow! You stupid fish!"
Jesse, Lukas, Olivia & Axel: "Fish?!"
Jesse: "What is she doing in there?"
We heard her again.
Petra: "Oh no. No. No! Ahh Great!!"
Jesse: "Another thing. She told us to bring our Breather Bubbles. Why?"
Olivia: "We haven't found a use for these things since the... y' know."
Jesse & Axel: "Yeah. We know."
We remembered the eruption of Kilauea. It was horrible.
Petra: "Now, behave or deals off!"
Now we were really curious, she was obviously talking to someone. Just then, Petra opened the door. We just looked at her.
Petra: "Oh. hey guys. How uhh... How long have you been standing there?"
Lukas: "A while."
Jesse: "You seem frazzled, Petra.
Olivia: "Everything ok?"
Petra: "Oh. yeah. Fine. Totally fine. You guys can come in now."
