The setting sun sent beautiful golden light across the park and through the trees. The fountain lies in the middle of the park, it's flowing waters shoots up seven feet, before cascading down into a large pond filled with small rocks. Large rocks circle the pond, perfect for sitting on and admiring the view, but Jasmine didn't come here to admire the view. Jasmine walked over to the pond, eyes searching for the person she talked to on the phone, the person in the blue fedora. After a couple seconds, Jasmine spots a man in a blue fedora standing by the far end of the pond. She walks calmly over to the man, trying not to look suspicious. The man's face is filled with deep wrinkles, his eyes have bags under them, and his lips are littered with dead skin and cuts.

"Hello." Jasmine says, to the man as she approaches him.

"Jasmine?" He asks

"Yes, I need your help bringing my daughter back to life." Jasmine responds

"Are you sure you want to do this?" The man asks

"Yes." Jasmine says, almost immediately.

"Follow me." The man says, before walking away.

Jasmine follows behind him and into the far end of the parking lot. There's a rusty Datsun Bluebird with a yellow-ish paint, sitting alone. He stops at the car and opens the trunk door. Inside the trunk is a box of seemingly random objects. He leans in the trunk and pulls the box closer to the edge, before turning to look at Jasmine.

"This is everything you need to resurrect your daughter." The man says

Jasmine's eyes light up, the thought of being with Lilly again fills her heart with hope.

"It's going to cost a lot, so I hope you're ready to pay the price." The man says, studying Jasmine's face.

Jasmine begins to reach for her wallet, when the man stops her.

"Not with money."

"Then, how do I pay?" Jasmine asks confused

"All magic comes with some sort of price, the more dangerous the worst the consequences, and your spell is the most dangerous one of them all."

"What would happen if I brought my daughter back to life?"

The man's shoulders come up in a shrug. "I've never performed the spell before, I've got other consequences to worry about." Suddenly his eyes and head bounce from one area to another, before coming back to Jasmine.

"I'm going to bring back my daughter, no matter what price I have to pay." Jasmine responds

"Alright, but don't say I didn't warn you." The man grumbled, before grabbing the box and handing it to Jasmine's waiting arms.

"How do I perform the resurrection with this?" She says, looking at the box.

"There's a piece of paper in there with the instructions." The man responded, before closing the trunk.

"Thank you." Jasmine said

"Do not thank me, what happens next can only lead to misery."

"I won't be miserable with Lilly in my life."

"Don't ever contact me again." The man said, before rushing into his car.

*********

Jasmine entered the bathroom, with her arms wrapped around the box. Lilly's body still lies on the floor, next to the tub. Jasmine kneels down beside Lilly's body, carefully placing the box on the floor.

"I love you, Lilly." Jasmine says, as her hand slides slowly down Lilly's face.

Jasmine turns to the box, her hands shuffle through the box as she searches for the instructions. After about a minute, Jasmine's hands finally locate the instructions. She pulls it out of the box and starts reading.  After about 2 minutes, Jasmine finishes reading the instructions. She carefully places the instructions on the floor next to the box. She reaches into the box and pulls out a piece of red chalk. She then, moves to the middle of the room, where the space is the biggest, and starts drawing a pentagram. When she's finished, she comes back over to Lilly's body, and grabs Lilly by the wrists. She pulls Lilly into the center of the pentagram. With the chalk still in her hand, she draws eyes on Lilly's eye lids. After she's finished with that, she returns to the box and pulls out one red candle and one back candle, she leaves the chalk in the box and returns to the pentagram. She places the red candle at the top of the pentagram and places the black candle at the bottom right. She continues moving from the box to the pentagram, until all the different colored candles are in the right spots. Next, she pulls out three necklaces, and places them on Lilly's chest, representing how Lilly is special to Jasmine. She then, pulls out a small vile of red liquid, the label on the vile reads "Human blood." Jasmine carefully brings the vile over to Lilly's body, before opening the vile. Jasmine uses her free hand to pry open Lilly's mouth, before pouring the blood down Lilly's cold throat. Jasmine caresses Lilly's face with her hand, before going back to the box. She has two more steps to go. Her hand shuffles through the box, before producing a box of matches to light the candles. It takes only a minute for Jasmine to light all the candles. Now it's time for the last step. She picks up the paper from the floor and reads the last sentance aloud.

"Oh highest power, bring fourth the spirit of my daughter, and bring her back to her earthly body."

Suddenly, the ground starts trembling, weak at first, but then it grows into a massive quake. Jasmine falls to the ground, unable to stay standing.

Lilly's body begins to float into the air, lifting 5 feet into the air. Her body begins to shake violently, twisting an turning in abnormal ways. Her bones crack as her body moves in seperate directions. Water begins rushing out of her ears and mouth like a waterfall.

Suddenly, a loud pop is sounded, almost like a gun firing, but louder and more powerful. The candles blow out with the pop, and Lilly drops to the ground.

The ground stops shaking, and everything goes quiet.

Jasmine rushes to Lilly's side, anxiously waiting for Lilly to open her eyes.

"Lilly?" Jasmine asks

Suddenly, Lilly's eyes dart open.

"Mom?"
