"Mr. L/n, I know Y/n is the only person you have. I know how much you love her, and I know that you aren't gonna give her off to just anyone. So I'm asking for your blessing to marry your daughter."

Your father kept a stern face on while looking at Minseok. He didn't even have to take a deep thought before answering.

"Of course Minseok. After all the wrong men have done my daughter, you came along and gave her hope. Hope I could never deliver to my daughter after she lost her mother. Thank you Minseok for being with her, you have my blessing." Your father got up from his wheelchair, something he really never does, to give Xiumin a hug.

It was finally finished. The exact rooftop you and Xiumin met at while trying to get away from reality, is now the setup of the proposal.

"I hope this goes well." Xiumin says to himself. He walks back down to his car and checks the time.

"5:36" He says to himself, he told you he would come and pick you up to take you out at 6.

"Minseok where are we going?" You said laughing with the blindfold on your face.

"We're almost there, don't take it off." You rolled your eyes.

"I can't my hands are tied up." You said laughing.

"We're here, but you can't look yet." You sighed and waited till you felt Minseok open the door. You got up out the car and almost fell.

"Don't worry baby I got you." You smiled at Minseok's sweet words.

"We're nearing stairs, so be careful when you walk." You nodded your head and carefully and slowly walked up the stairs with Minseok.

After 5 flights of stairs you both finally made it.

"You know I'm out of shape, why would you put me through that." You could feel his arms around the back of your body.

"I'm sorry beautiful, I just needed to bring you here." After saying that he took the scarf from around your hands and eyes.

You looked around at the hanging lights, the mattress, the champagne on the table, the roses laying everywhere.

"Baaabbbyyy, what is this?" You turned around and looked at him as he smiled.

"Just a little something. You've been stressed, and I really wanted to bring you here. We met here, so it's special, to me and you." He walked over to the table and turned some music on.

You quickly smiled as you recognized the song, you and Minseok's song. Until the end of time by Justin Timberlake.

"May I have this dance?" Minseok said, sticking his hand out towards you.

"Of course." You said back to him. He grabbed both your hands and put it behind his neck, he pulled you close and then wrapped his arms around your body.

His head was positioned closely to your ear. He started softly singing the lyrics.

Moments like this were rare with you and Minseok. You both worked all day, and when you came home you both were tired.

You both wanted to spend more time together, so you agreed to take off a week of work, to just spend time together, to be a couple.

Little did you know, that this day will change your life forever.

Minseok, slowly let his hands slid off of your body.

"Sit right here really quick, I bought a little gift and I want to give it to you." Not even thinking of a proposal, you sit down on the mattress.

"Close your eyes." You close your eyes and wait. After a while, he still wasn't giving you any signals to open your eyes.

"Minseok what are you-" You opened your eyes and stopped mid sentence when you saw him in front of you on one knee.

"Y/n m/n l/n, I love you so much. These last 5 years with you were the best years of my life. You appeared in my life and I then realized why I never could work out with anyone else, because none of them were you. You taught me things, you made me realize that life is precious. You made me realize that if I messed up, I'd lose you. I know there are gonna be times when we are gonna fight, and dislike each other at times, but if I don't ask you this now I'll regret it for the rest of my life, because I know you're made for me. I am asking you, Y/n m/n l/n, will you marry me?"

Tears filled your eyes and you couldn't hold them in anymore.

"Of course I will marry you!" Not even letting him put the ring on your finger, you hugged him. He pulled you back and put the ring on your finger and brought you back into a hug,

"Kim Minseok, I love you so much." Minseok didn't realized he was crying until he saw a tear drop.

"You're mine and mine only. Remember that for the rest of your life." Minseok said while caressing your face.

"I love you Y/n" You kissed him.

"I love you too."
