I walk upstairs to my 14 year old daughters room. I heard laughing and talking coming from her room and I opened her door.

"Hey, Y/d/n it's 11:30 it's time for you and your friend to go to sleep." She rolled her eyes at me and sighed loudly.

I turn around and look behind me.

"Little girl, who was you rolling your eyes at?" Her friend got up and left the room to go to the bathroom.

"You, I'm tired of you mama. It's not even a school night why can't we just stay up." I heard footsteps come up the stairs and I turned around to see Yoongi.

I laughed at her, she really wanted to play a game, two can play at this game.

"Child, if you don't go somewhere. I don't know who you are talking to but it must be a ghost." She rolled her eyes again. She walked to her door and slammed it in my face.

I just stood there, making sure I saw what I just saw.

"Y/n, baby calm down, I got her." Yoongi grabbed my arm but I yanked it away from him. I busted into her room and went over to her and snatched her phone out her hand.

"I don't know why you are trying to show off in front of your friend, but know you ain't going nowhere for the next month."

"I didn't even do anything, see daddy she always doing something." She said looking at her daddy.

I turned around to Yoongi to see his reaction I was about to bust out laughing. Yoongi was more of the discipline parent and I don't know why she tried that with him.

"Y/d/n, you're 14, how about you leave." Yoongi said. She looked shocked

"And go where?" She said popping out her neck.

"I don't know and too be honest I don't care." She got up and shoved past both of us.

"See y'all always doing something, I'm tired of both of y'all." Yoongi snapped

"Y/d/n back right back up" she turned around.

"What?" Yoongi grabbed her arm and pushed her into our bedroom and shut the door. I could hear him start yelling.

Her friend had come out of the bathroom looking shocked hearing y/d/n getting yelled at.

"Don't be like y/d/n, I know you're better than her Tania" her friend awkwardly smiled and went back into the room. You could hear Yoongi yelling.

I looked back at the door and it opened. I saw y/d/n walk out crying.

"Mom, I'm sorry for disrespecting you. I did want to show out in front of Tania and I will never do it again. I'm sorry mama." I pulled her into a hug.

"See, all you have to do if be respectful and you won't get in trouble. You guys can stay up for another 30 minutes but after that you need to go to sleep okay?"

"Okay mama" after that I let her go and she walked back into her room. I turned to Yoongi in the door way.

"Good job Yoongi, thought I was gonna have to kick our daughter out the house" he laughed.

"Not yet" it was a weird silence then we both laughed and went into our room.
