You laid in your bed, looking at the ceiling. You couldn't get the words out of your head.

"Taehyung doesn't love you. He loves me, he came over last night and you know how it probably ended." Those words pierced into your brain as you looked over to your fiancé with tears in your eyes.

You couldn't go another day without telling him about this. You and Taehyung had problems in the past with him not being trustworthy, but he promised you that if you'd give him a second chance, he would be better.

You believed him and took him back, now you're back in the hurt and confused state you were in not too long ago.

"Y/n" You heard come from a deep voiced Taehyung.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" He asked with worry on his face. You couldn't hold your tears in, hearing his voice made you just want to cry.

He turned the lamp on next to the bed and looked at you.

"Y/n, babygirl what's wrong?" He said with worry in his voice.

"You Taehyung. You promised me that you'd be better." His expression changed to confusion.

"Baby I have been better, my eyes are only on you. I wouldn't dare go back to that point in my life, I wouldn't do that to you." You wiped your tears away and tried to calm down.

"Then why did your ex come to our house, telling me you went over to her house and you both- did things. Taehyung, tell me right now that she's lying." He got out the bed and paced around the room.

"Okay look, I did go over her house, but I didn't do anything with her. She- she was sending threatening letters to the house, I didn't want you to see so I kept throwing them away. I went to her house to confront her and she tried to kiss me. I pushed her away, I wasn't about to let her ruin the trust that I've worked so hard to regain back from you."

"Why didn't you tell me Taehyung, I could've handled her myself." You said with anger starting to fill your voice.

"I just want to protect you, she's capable of things and I wouldn't forgive myself if I'd let you get hurt. Please believe me." His voice started to strain at the end.

You believed him. You knew when he was lying, but he wasn't lying this time, and you were thankful for that.

"We're filing a restraining order on her. I don't want to see her ever again, because if I do it won't be pretty." He went over to your side of the bed and kissed you.

"Thank you for believing me, I couldn't lose you again."
