It's been exactly a year since you met your online friend Zach. You both met on Instagram. He commented on your picture and from there your friendship bloomed.

You both were flirtatious with each other, but you knew that you weren't going to date someone online, especially when he didn't even wanna ever call or FaceTime you, you didn't even have his number. You texted off of Instagram.

That was the main reason why you stayed friends and only friends with him. You felt you couldn't 100% trust him, but you still told him few things about your life. You knew a little about him and he knew a lot about you, which you were never okay with.

You had learned he was a rapper, but he wasn't confident enough to share his work with you, or anyone. You just felt as if he was this big mystery, so you were gonna find out about him.

Zachraps- Heyyyy Y/n, you haven't texted me all day, everything good?

BlackQueen- I'm good, just been thinking about some stuff lately, anyways wyd?

Zachraps- I'm chiling, just outside enjoying some fresh air.

"Changkyun, hurry up and get off your phone, we need to head on stage in 20" Shownu said.

Zachraps- Ehhhh, Y/n, I'm sorry but something came up with my mom. She just called and told me she needs me over ASAP. I'll text you later tonight okay?

BlackQueen- oh okay, ttyl I guess

You put your phone down onto your bed and sighed. Too much about him was weird. This was probably the 16th time his mother needed him. Not that it's anything wrong with that, it's always the same excuse with him.

You started to grow tired of this with him. You just wanted to know who he really was, but there was so about him you didn't know about.

So you decided to text your best friend, rant to her about the situation and see what she thinks.

Y/n- Nia

Niania- Heyyy Bestie, what's up?

Y/n- Aye, you know that guy I've been talking to for like a year?

Niania- yeah what about him

Y/n- I think something weird is going on with him. He's so suspicious and I know for a fact he's been lying to me

Niania- This is why I don't trust online people🤦🏽‍♀️

Niania- I warned you about this at the beginning

Y/n- Well I'm stubborn so oh well. I just wanna know if he is who he says he is😞

Niania- Look, I'll be over in a little while with my laptop. We're gonna go full detective mode, I refuse to see my best friend hurt😐

Y/n- Okay see you when you get here

*bang bang*

You run to the door and see who's banging on your door. You end up seeing Nia and opened the door.

"Could you not bang on my door at 10 at night. Making me think you were the police." She laughed and walked into the house.

"You ready to go detective mode on this Zach dude?" You nodded your head and she set her laptop on the coffee table and opened it.

"Okay, first thing we need to do is search his number, or find out where the area code is." You sat there silent, knowing you didn't have his number because he never gave it to you.

"I- I don't have it. He's always texted me off Instagram, we never texted with our own numbers." She sighed and face palmed.

"Well ask for it. If he didn't wanna come off as a catfish or fake. Then he should give you his number." You sighed and opened your phone to text him. It had been about 2 hours since he told you he had to go be with his mother, hopefully he wasn't busy.

BlackQueen- Heyyy Zach, can I get your real number? Instagram and all its glitches gets annoying sometimes.

"Okay I texted him, let's see if he responds." You said.

"Well while we wait, tell me what you already know about him."

"Okay well, he's 24, he said he lives in Canada. He likes to rap, he can dance and he takes care of his mother daily." She made a face and rolled her eyes.

"That's all you know about him?" You nodded your head yes.

Zachraps- Um sure, I guess I'd be better to text out of Instagram. Here's my number

Zachraps- +82-105-xxxx-xxx

BlackQueen- Thanks, I'll be texting you a little later

Zachraps- Okay

"Nia, I've never seen a number like this before, have you?" Nia shook her head.

"Let's search it, because either it's fake, or it's from somewhere weird. I mean, Canada numbers are different but I don't think they look like that." She searched the number in google and the first thing to pop up was South Korea.

"South Korea? Girl you got you a Korean man." You sighed and put your face in your hands.

"What was his reason for lying to me. I was truthful about where I was from." You said in disappointment.

"I don't know Y/n, but we're gonna find out who this dude is. I'm pretty sure if he's lying about where he's from, he's most likely lying about who he is."

"Okay"

I know I already have a series going on but I realllllly like writing this so I'm going to write all three.
