They dont care about us

People of color

That's what we are
No matter how much they try to make excuses
All we are
Are people of color

And it's sickening
And disgusting
To see how we get treated

In 1865, over 100 years ago
Slavery was abolished

In 1954,
racial segregation in America ended

And you'd think,
We should be okay
The future society might be more understanding

But no
We've been faced with extreme segregation for hundreds of years

Brutal murdering of our people
People of color

Now I refuse to sit here and say we are the only people be murdered because we aren't

All races are being killed, whether they are justifiable or not

My point is we've been specificity aimed by the police because we are simply just Black

Sometimes yes we do commit crimes
But then again

There are caucasian criminals who've done way worse crimes and I don't see them getting beat and killed

But when it comes to us
We're handled roughly
And beat
Even killed..

I shouldn't have to be scared to go outside
I shouldn't have to fear police and any white person I see

This world is corrupt and we're going right back to the place that hundreds of activists and people tried to get us out of
