Dreams Become Reality

It had been three years since that first day you had arrived at Terra's house. The Eevee's had recovered, and although one was eager to leave, the other one, the young one, wanted to stay. Umbreon had been keeping an eye on them, and the younger one stayed either around you or Umbreon. When Nurse Joy had told you that this Eevee was still an infant, it only confirmed what Terra had told you. The Eevee had been poisoned badly. From what, no one could really tell, but if Terra hadn't given him a berry to slow down the poison, it would have been a lot worse. Despite the other Eevee wanting to leave, it couldn't leave the other Eevee by himself. After watching her for a while, you thought that this Eevee might have been... a sister? Maybe? You'd never really know unless they could speak, but getting Sonya to learn how to speak was already a long process.

Speaking of which, during the three years, Sonya now knows how to speak complete English. Her voice doesn't break up, and there isn't any sort of rasp at all. She's known how to speak normally for about a year now, and during that time, the house has been a bit more lively. Skorupi has taken some time to adjust to the humid weather down in Sunyshore city compared to the Great Marsh, but he seems to get along with everyone. That is, except for the older Eevee. Everytime they got in a fight, it normally ended with you either accidentally getting stung, or with the Eevee biting your hand. More often than not, it was the latter.

For now, the younger Eevee was doing much better. He has been able to move around a lot easier, and Mom and Dad have been helping raise the younger one while trying to get the older one more comfortable. During this time though, you had decided to just take it easy since you were done with school and had nothing else to do except possibly look for a job. Right now though, you were just laying down on your bed, trying to get a little bit more rest now that you didn't have anything binding you to do something besides your parents occasionally calling out to you to do some chores. Sonya was in her normal spot, laying down beside you as the two of you were napping that late morning. Having your arms wrapped around her and feeling her fur, it would make you fall asleep within seconds.

You woke up partially, but didn't want to get out of bed just yet. Maybe another fifteen minutes or so. So, you were going to take advantage of that time. You pulled yourself towards Sonya, feeling her fur on her chest as you buried yourself inside it. After a few seconds, you got the reaction you knew would happen. Sonya moaned softly, then grabbed you with her forelegs, exhaling out her nose as she gently kept you where you were. When you felt her grab you, you pushed in a little more until you started to actually feel her skin. Sonya jumped slightly, but not as bad, trying to not wake you up. Instead, she just adjusted herself to where she could hold on to you again. She just felt nice to cuddle with. Sonya was soft, outside as well as inside. You felt yourself already starting to drift back off to sleep again, but then you started to feel Sonya start to move. You were already halfway between falling asleep and staying awake, so you didn't move at all as she pulled away. Then you started to feel Sonya lay down on top of you, pressing down on your chest. She wasn't really heavy, but Sonya had started doing this for a while now. Honestly, it felt just as nice if not nicer when you would feel her fur on your face. Now you could feel it everywhere your skin was exposed. Your arms, legs, and face when Sonya would lean her head down.

She did just that, leaning her head down and touching her nose to yours. You couldn't help but smile a little and chuckle softly. You cracked an eye open when Sonya pulled her head back. The look on her face made her look like she had been caught doing something she shouldn't have been doing. You shut your eye slowly, then raised your arms up and wrapped them around her before giving her a light hug. It was hard to keep your hands off her. You laid there for a minute, then you started to feel her lick your cheek. After a couple more times, you chuckled again and started to open your eyes. You raised your head enough so that you could be inclined, touching her nose again with yours as you started to slowly sit up. Sonya recoiled a little bit, pulling her head back when she felt your nose and sat up herself. You let out a yawn, then smiled.
