*Elsie's POV*

It had been a week since then. Calum and I had spent a lot of time together, nothing serious just watching movies, going out to eat and playing video games (which I mostly won). I had spent more time in their apartment than I had my own.

Luke and I had become closer, and even Michael wasn't as bad anymore. Yes he got under my skin at times but it wasn't anything bad. He's more of that annoying older brother than anything, and Luke and I had realized we were a lot more alike than we originally thought. Calum...well I don't know where to start. We kissed? It wasn't anything hot and heavy but it happened.. we were watching a movie one night and cuddling together and..yeah. It was sweet but we both pretended like it didn't happen since then. I know he likes me by the way he constantly stares at me, makes me breakfast, wonders if I'm okay, picks on me, pouts when I get "mad" with him and flirts with me. Except after the short relationship with Ashton, it scares me to be in another. Ashton was completely fine then one thing happened and he just..popped.

I'm scared that will happen with Calum as well. Can I even do that? Oh god I don't want to ruin their relationship. What if I mess up their friendship because now that Ashton and I aren't together, Calum likes me? I don't even know what to feel about him. He makes me smile but it's had to trust again.

"Luke, you know how I was playing guitar the other day when you all walked in?" I said, pulling my bottom lip between my teeth.

"Yeah?" He glanced over at me.

"Could you help me learn a new song?"

"Sure, which one?"

I looked at the way the kitchen was, where Calum and Michael were heating up pizza.

"Walls by All Time Low"

"Sure, do you want to learn now?" He said, reaching for his acoustic near him.

"Um yeah sure, but can we do it in the game room?" Luke nodded and we both stood, getting up and I grabbed Michael's acoustic guitar, hopefully he would't mind.

We made our way to the game room and sat in the two chairs that faced each other slightly. I set the dark wood styled guitar on my lap and waited for Luke to sit across from me.

He looked up at me once he was positioned and nodded, as he began teaching me the chords for the song.

After just a little over 2 hours I had almost the entire song play-able. Certain spots were memorized and some I had to still look at Luke for. I liked this, he had been teaching me some songs on guitar lately and it had caused us to become closer.

"Thank you so much" I smiled, giving Luke a small hug before sitting back down. He nodded and left the room as I stayed playing and singing bits of the song as I played.

"Cause I can break down these walls, I built around myself.

I wanna fall so in love, with you, and no one else,

Could ever mean half as much, to me as you do now.

Together we'll move on, just don't turn around,

Let the walls break"

I got lost in the music and by the time I looked at the clock it was almost 10pm. I sighed and set the guitar against the wall and walking out into the main room where all 3 boys sat.

"Hey Els! You finally done?" Luke laughed, throwing popcorn at me.

"Yeah, sorry" I laughed lightly before taking a seat besides Calum who instantly wrapped his arm around me.

"What song were you playing?" Calum looked down at me, smiling. He had noticed that I had been playing guitar a lot more often ever since him

"Oh just a new one" I shrugged before turning my look at the tv but not before noticing that Luke was giving me a look as if 'really?' I just shook my head ever so lightly and he looked away. After that we were all sat quietly watching The Nightmare Before Christmas on the the television.

A/n: Wow this is short even for me and I'm sorry but I've hit writer's block with this book and yeah. Should I skip forward to where Ashton comes home or build up Calum and Elsie's relationship more? Sorry this is so short

Don't give up on me yet <3
