Where Did I Go Wrong?

Chapter 2- OMG!

"I swear too god you make us late Annie and I will prsonally make you suffer" Charlotte threatened me. We were currently sat in the bathrooms, Char waiting for me hile I redid my foundation

"Yeah okay come on then" I said pulling her out by her hand and slipping my powder back in my bag as we walked down the corridoor all the way too the sience wing.

"You know were meant to have a new chemistry teacher, Mrs Ball left last year apparently" Char chirped up as we walked towards Craig who was waiting for us outside the classroom. I sighed, even though we were meant to have a new teacher, I probably wouldnt pay attention in the lesson. Chemistry was the one subject I could not do, even if I put all my effort in too it.

Suddenly the classroom door swung open and all little gasped echoed through the class room. I sighed putting my head down and walking through the door towards the back of the classroom. I didn't bother too wait for anyone too sit next too me becaue everyone knows they dont sit next to me in this subject. It's either they fail or I copy their answers. The chairs shuffling round the room and the suden gasp that left someones lips caused me too look up in annoyence. Thats the first time I caught a look at the new teacher.

A small gasp left my lips as I took in his brown spiky hair that hung over his forhead. The grey suit that he stood in at the front of the class room. Its fabric clinging too his muscles perfectly. You could tell just by looking at him hed be the type of person too have a size back. I dragged my eyes from his body too his face taking in his piercing black eyes that stared back at me. Hang on what? I did a double take. He stared at me mouth open. What the heck?!

When he caught me looking at him with a raised eyebrow he quickly composed himself before speaking

"Hello class" his voice cilky smooth as he pronounced every word in his amazing accent. "I'm going to be your new teacher from now on. My names Mr Mayford" when he said those too words my mind span out of control. Mr Mayford? What the hell. I quickly looked at the words he was writing on the board.

Mayford.

That was the one word that played through my mind again and again. This couldnt be. What the hell? Was it Toms brother or something. Tom didn't ever say he had a brother. I could feel my eyes start to water so I quickly picked up my bag and ran out the room. I heard shouting behind it but ignored it. I ran and ran and ran until I ended up in the girls toilets. I quickly grabbed some tissue paper and dabbed under my eyes catching the running mascara. I pulled the powder out my bag for the 2nd time today and applied it under my eyes and around my right eye getting rid of the bruise.

What the hell? How could his last name be the same as Tom's? They looked nothing alike. The teacher was better looking than him and looked older. Yeah okay Tom was 21 so what the teacher must be like 25? That couldnt b-

"Ann" someone sighed cutting off my thinking. I turned round too see Charlotte.

"Charlotte" I said hugging her "how can it?" I said blinking back the tears

"I don't know, but we have to get back to the class room, the new teacher looks angry" she said as she grabbed my bhand and pulled me out the bathroom towards the class room again.

She pushed open the door as we made out way through the class all the way too the back. She smiled before going back to her seat. I kept my head down until the teacher stopped explaining and everything went silent except the sounds of pens on paper.

"Can I talk to you at the end of the day?" someone said in my ear making me jerk out of my seat slightly. I looked up too meet the piercing black eyes of the new handsome teacher

"Sure" I mumbled just as the bell went. I grabbed my bag and made my way out the class room waiting for Charlotte and Craig by the door.

By the end of the day I was nearly shitting bricks. Why did the new teacher want to talk to me? Why did he do what he did at the start of the lesson when he first sin me? So many questions, so little answers. I made my way through the corridoor munching on my brownie I had picked up from the school Canteen. I walked all the way too the science black until I was outside his door. I took a deep breath and stepped in looking around. My eyes focused on him walking out of the supply cupboard. When he caught sight of me he sighed

"Hi Ann" he said, I gasped how did he know my name?

"How?" I whispered

"You might want too sit down" he said pushing the seat next to him away from the desk allowing me too sit down. I did as he asked before he carried on talking "I know your name and I looked at you like I did early because you date my brother" he explained. I gasped again, so I was right

"Oh" was all I said before sliding the chair away from him.

What if he was like his brother? Abusive

"Sorry I have too go" I rushed out the door as quick as I could hearing him call my name as I escaped. I sighed as I slid in to my car locking the door. Thank god my mum would be home. I don't think I would be able to face Tom tonight. When I pulled up outside my house I sin my mum putting a suitcase in her car trunk. What?

"Mum what are you doing?" I asked as I stepped out of the car

"Ive been called on a business trip sweety pie, I'm sorry its such short notice but your going to have to go to Toms today, i've rung him and he said he would be here soon" she explained. I just nodded going in to the house and up the stairs.

I packed my school uniform, my eyes, makeup, a spare pair of clothes and my school books along with a pair of pajamers.

"Tom's here" my mum shouted from downstairs. I groaned picking up my bag. This was going to be a horrible night. I blinked back the tears trying to stop any loose ones that might escape. As I walked down the stairs I caught sight of the dark brown hair behind my boyfriend. What he hell? I gasped as he stepped out. Mr Mayford!

"Hi sir, Tom" I greeted with a fake smile on my face, my mum looked at me with questioning eyes "I'll tell you later mum" I said as I stepped out the door with my bag and made my way too the car in the drive way. I got in the back buckling up. Tom slid in the front next to Mr Mayford who was driving.

I stared at the two as theylooked at eachother. This was even worse.

"Ann youve already met my brother" Tom said with a smirk on his face, I nodded

"Call me Jake" Mr Mayford said, I just nodded again pulling my Iphone out from my back pocket quickly texting Charlotte

Mr Mayford is Tom's brother and I'm stuck in the car with both of them :/ x I texted and instantly got reply from her

That can not be good, if he touches you, I mean Mr Mayford then report it too the school? x she texted back, I let out a little laugh but stopped when I sin Tom glaring at me

"Who are you texting?!" he snapped at me

"No one" I snapped bacl, he growled at me and gave me the look that said 'you-are-getting-it-later". I gulped as he spun round in his seat.

I caught Jake looking at me in the mirror, his eyes full of sympthy. Did that mean he knew what his brother did? I sighed putting my head back and letting the sleep that I felt take over me. Hopefully Tom or Jake would carry me inside. I didn't like it when Tom touched me but I couldnt really do anything if I was asleep and he carried me inside.
