Chapter 17- One Good Thing Comes With One Bad Thing

Putting my head in my hands I sat down on the sofa

"Which story did you tell him?" I sighed

"Oh just the one from 2years ago when I bumped into you at the super market and we went round town" she smiled

"Oh for fuck sake, Lex" I whined. That day was very embarressing but funny at the same time. We were going round town, this was before I met Tom. We were sat on the bench when a young lad come over with one of his mates.

Flashback

3 young boys come and sat next too me and Lexi on the bench. They wern't too bad looking, one had mousy brown hair which the other 2 had blonde. They were all tussled and looking sexy and had a lot of muscle but they just seem too up themselves for my liking

"Hey ladies" the one with mousy brown hair smiled and winked as he sat next too Lexi, one of the blonde ones winked at his friend before coming too sit next too me.

"Alright" he winked

"Hi" I smiled

"Fancy giving me your number?" he questioned

"No not really"

"And why not?" he put his hand on his heart faking being hurt

"Because I don't go for guys like you"

"What extremley good looking guys?" he snorted

"No ones that are so far up them selves they can smell their own shit" I smiled sweetly at him and winked.

Before grabbing on too Lexis hand and yanking her up. But luck wasn't on my side. She lost her footing making me and her fall flat on our arses. The boys started too laugh before the one with mousy brown hair put his hand out too Lexi helping her up before all walking away. Getting up I shouted

"No need too help me then!" before turning and walking away.

Present

My phone vibrating in my pocket dragged me out of my flashback. I pulled my phone from my pocket looking at the screen. A smile slipped on too my face as I read the screen.

New Message; Luke

Hey Ann, just wondered, did you want too meet up sometime tomorrow? Go too the cinema or something? I dont mind

"What are you smiling at?" Lexi chuckled

"Oh just a boy" I smiled again, out the corner of my eye I could see Jakes body stiffen up. I think Lexi realised this as well because she carried on

"Whos the boy?" she questioned

"Oh a boy I met whilst out shopping yesterday" I smiled again

"Is he fit?"

"Very" I winked. At that point Jake got up and stromed out the room.

"Whats wrong with him?" I questioned

"Looks like hes jealous" Lexi winked "might want too go after him" so I did what she said. Jumping from the sofa I followed Jake in to the bedroom.

"Jake" I called when I walked in. Suddenly the door closed behind me making me jump and arms wrapped round my waist.

"I don't want you too go" Jake whispered in my ear.

A small chuckle left my lips as I spun round so I was facing him

"And why is that?" I questioned wrapping my arms round his neck

"Because I want you all too myself" that took my by surprise, I looked at him with a raised eyebrow, he leaned in too me and whispered
