The next morning after her intimate night with Wyatt, Amelia had put some clothes on as the smell of coffee had lured her downstairs to the kitchen where she saw Theresa sitting at the table to her surprise as she was intensely typing on her phone.

"Morning, Theresa, what're you doing up this early?"

"Couldn't sleep so I decided to work on my videos for my channel which I came up with the most brilliant idea."

"Is it that you're going to ask Griffin out?"

"No, but I gave that some thought, though."

"You should go for it."

"Wait, stop, you're making me lose focus but are you listening to me?!"

"Yes, you have an brilliant idea."

"Okay, sit down so I can tell you."

Amelia sat down at the table with a cup of coffee as Theresa explained her idea.

"Okay, I know that Grandpa feels that he have to sell the ranch but my idea is about saving it and it's a long shot but I think it can work!"

"You know, that sounds awesome, Theresa!"

"Thanks but there's just one little problem though."

"What?"

"I don't think Grandpa would accept it!"

"That's true."

"But I have my vlog and I've been uploading videos of all the things that been happening this autumn and I'll be honest, it really didn't get a lot attention."

"Like the attention of fifty people?"

"Much more than that, my channel got six hundred new subscribers within a week!"

"Wow."

"So my idea is that I can use my channel to make a video that exposes how huge corporations try to get money out of small ranches and I feel like if we start some kind of scandal against Land Corps, they'd change their ways or even back out of their offer!"

"It's a good idea but your grandfather said he wanted to accept the offer to sell the ranch."

"But do he really want to or just feel like he can't fight back against them?"

"That's a good point."

"I just can't get rid of the feeling that if he sells the ranch, he'll be distressed about it."

"I get that feeling too, what do we do?"

"I feel like the point is to prove that Land Corps is nothing but a shady organization."

"Like getting that Landon guy to reveal on-camera that he set the barn on fire?"

"Exactly and offering to market the ranch is whatever but admitting to arson is some viral stuff."

"I'm on board, let's do it!"

Theresa took her phone and looked up the corporate hotline to Land Corps.

"Land Corps Acquisitions Department... here goes nothing."

Amelia heard a woman on the other end of the phone as Theresa cleared her throat and pulled a professional sounding voice. After the call, Theresa wrote something down as she hung up with a smile.

"I found out that Landon guy is staying at the Little America Hotel."

"Then I guess we know where to find him at and now, we just need to find a way to get there."
