It was dinner time. Mama cooked her famous lasagna. YASS! Damn my mama can cook. We were all sitting at the table, just tearing up our cheesy lasagna. I couldn't eat the way I wanted to of course, Cause James was all in my face. Why couldn't anyone notice it but me?

It was weird. Thank God for my sister though, she started a conversation.

"So James, why did You get kicked out of Aunt Suzy house anyway?"

Everyone looked at James, waiting for him to answer,  even my mama.

" Ummm," he giggled. "I really don't want to talk about it. It's kinda personal Len."

I got mad! Because shit, I wanted to know too! Even mama did, I could tell by the look on her face. Im gonna find out, well, just because I'm noisey.

Dinner was over, and of course, it was my night to wash the dishes. Mama went to sleep early because she gotta go to work extra early in the morning, and She's a heavy sleeper,  and since it's the weekend, Lenya went out to her boyfriend house. So that just left me and James down stairs, by ourselves,  just my luck.

I was on my first plate then James came back to the Kitchen and sat at the table.

"Len went out with her boyfriend, why didn't You go out with yours? " He asked.

I rolled my eyes and said, "I don't have a boyfriend James."

He acted shocked. "Whaaaaaat!?" He said "Mane them young boys don't know what they missing out on, a girl that look like You, is a keeper "

There goes the weirdness

"Thank You,  James."

"You know, If I was you're age, You would have been mine."

"And if I wasent Your damn cousin!" I said with anger

"Oooo,  fisty ain't we?""

"James, You need to leave me alone, okay!? This shit is creepy and I don't like it so just fall back" I decided I was gonna do the dishes tomorrow.

So I stormed out the kitchen,  but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into his lap, and whispered "I want You Kenya."

I looked at him and said "You're sick."

I ran up in my room and just cried. I don't even feel safe in my own house anymore.
