I never knew how you felt
Did we always make you feel alone?
Did it seem like you were the odd one out?
Did we fail to notice that you were left out?
I never knew you felt this way
That you thought you were only a getaway
That we would never ask you to stay
That we would rather push you away
It hurts to think that you feel like this
We never wanted to leave you alone
We never wanted to make you feel alone
We never thought we made you feel alone
Can we just go back?
To the time before we fell out?
Or should we just continue?
To this time that we're all crushed and in doubt?
We could never turn back the time
Or rather change our mistakes
But we can still fix this relationship
Before it really starts to sink...
