In a relationship, there is only one heart which you would share. But when somebody leaves, that heart will break apart.
A heart does not really break in half. A heart breaks and will always have cracks. But how do you know how big is the part you have?
The bigger part goes to the one who left, the one who retained a bigger part of oneself. The smaller part goes to the one who got left behind, the one who gave everything that they ever had.
But which do you think, is the better half? The one who loved with all of their might, or the one who was loved but escaped in the night?
