Where are you now?
I can't seem to find you.
Just like a broken vow,
I wish you had been true.
My life I spent searching,
For that warmth in my soul.
My bitter heart is yearning,
For the fire that you stole.
I can't see you anymore,
Maybe I was just too hopeful.
But for that hope I gave my all,
The hope that made my heart full.
But I guess I can't find you,
No matter how much I try.
I wish you'd search for me too,
Don't leave me wondering why.
