Chapter 21

Elsa's POV
When he walked away Anna looked at me.
"You are not his sister" she said quietly.
"I'm going with him. You'll have to stay with someone until we get back." I told her.
"Do you want me to get you some things?" Merida asked.
"You're dress is pretty torn up"
"Yeah, yeah that would be good. Thanks."

I was waiting in the chairs outside Jacks room for Merida. The others had all gone home. Suddenly I heard a loud flat ringing. I thought it was just me until I herd a nurse scream "CODE BlUE! WE'VE GOT A CODE BLUE!" Doctors and Nurses rushed into Jacks room.
"What's happening!" I yelled. No one heard me. There was a loud buzzing coming from Jacks room.
"What's happening!" I yelled a little louder. Still no one heard.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Everything was silent. The noises from Jacks room were no more. The doctors and nurses looked at me with sad faces.
"I'm sorry" the closest nurse said putting her hand on my shoulder.
"Just tell me what's going on" I croaked. "Please"
"You're brothers dead."
"No" I said quietly.
"No" I said louder.
"He, he can't be"
"I'm sorry miss." said a doctor stepping up behind me. "But he is."
I started walking into his room.
"You can't go in there" another nurse told me.
"I'm going to see my boyfriend" I said loudly.
"You said he was your brother." The nurse said. I pushed her out of the way and walked into the room. Jack was lying on the bed, completely still. Where he had been bitten his veins were black. A hand grabbed my arm. I looked up to see yet another doctor.
"Let go of me" I growled at him. He squeezed my arm tighter. I clenched my fist. "I said let go!"
"I'm going to have to ask you to leave." he said flatly. I lifted my hand up ad punched him in the face. Then, I kneed him in the balls.
I walked over to the bed an grabbed Jacks hand. He felt so cold.
"Jack" I croaked. "You've gotta wake up"
Two security guards walked into the room.
"Ma'am?" they asked softly. "You need to go now"
I shook my head. Tears streamed down my face.
"I'm sorry" one said grabbing my arm. The other followed, grabbing my other arm. They started to walk me out.
"No!" I screamed kicking.
"I can't leave him here!"
"JACK!" I screamed.
"JACK!!" I Screamed again.
They dragged me towards the door.
"Jack" I said softer. My tears fell even harder then they were before. Which is hard considering I was balling.
"Do you need a ride home?" the other security guard asked.
"What I need" I said coldly. "Is my boyfriend. And you!" I yelled pointing at him. "Took that away from me! Go. To. Hell!" I screamed hitting his chest.
He pulled me away from him softly.
"I'm sorry" he said again. "It's my job"
I gave him a filthy look. "This isn't a job" I spat. I walked down towards the road. The sun was coming up above it.
My memories of dancing and laughing with Jack were gone. The only thing i could remember now was the way he looked. Pale and cold and dead.
