The back of the warehouse is dark, with woods. Also, the car can be driven in, indicating that this place is not far from the road, but the four gun man cannot go up the road. There is only one highway on the wilderness, and if they run up again, they are going to be a living target because police officer can quickly catch up on them.
The gun man decided it's better to stay in the warehouse for a while before finding a way out.
