y/n's pov

i woke up because of the sound of thunder. i checked my phone to see that it was 3:48 am, and i saw lightning. lightning and thunder are my worst fears, and i can't sleep whenever there's one of them or both.

i started panicking, but then i felt something around my waist which had helped me calm down a little. i look down to see that it was jaemin. he had fell asleep and he didn't let go of me.

i smiled to myself , but then heard this very loud thunder. i screamed and my heart started racing. i got even more scared when i hear a deep ,raspy voice next to me.

"y/nnn, what happened? why'd you scream" said jaemin. i must have accidentally woken him up since he heard my scream.

"i'm sorry jaemin, i'm very scared right now since there is thunder and lightning outside." i said while i have him a small smile at the end.

"come here idiot" he said as he opened his arms for me .

i went to him, and laid down while he wrapped his arms for i could feel protected.

"you know y/n , ive always wanted to do this, but i never got to" he said as he looked straight into my eyes.

"well guess what jaemin, you're finally able to do it." i said with a smile.

"i'm happy i'm able to do it." he said while he tightened his grip on my waist.

"at least i know you're mine now" he said as he gave me a peck on the check.

"jaemin!!! stop , idiot " i said while laughing.

i looked at him and he looked back at me. it had felt as if time had stopped , and it was only us in this world.

"dam , i have really fallen for this guy , haven't i?" i thought. we were looking into each other eyes , and we started closing the gap.

i felt my eyes closing , and then i felt a pair of lips on mine. i felt like no one was here , and we were the only two people in the world.

 

jaemins pov

y/n woke up all scared , and i tried to calm her down.

"i really fell for you y/n. i really hate you for for making my heart beat out of my chest whenever i see you" i thought to myself.

i grabbed her by her waist, and starred into her eyes. i got lost in them , and started to close the gap. i saw her closing her eyes, and that's when i felt a pair of lips on top of mine.

i felt my stomach do flips , and my heart was beating out of my chest. i really fell for this girl, and i don't know why i didn't see it earlier.

we broke the kiss, and we looked into each others eyes. i could see her pink cheeks , and i smiled when i saw that.

we laid down on the bed , and i held her closer to me , as if no one would be able to get her.

"y/n , like i said , i'm sorry for everything i've done to you, i really regret everything i've done. i fell for you. i'm a sucker for you. no one has ever made me feel like this. i dont like you, i love you. " i said while i held her hand.

y/n's pov
jaemin finished talking , and i almost cried. he has never said this to me, and right now he is being sincere.

"jaemin, don't you ever forget that because you bullied me, we got closer. you make me get lost in your eyes, and make my heart almost burst. you have made a huge impact on me, and i couldn't thank you enough. thank you for being part of my life . i really love you." i said as i smiled to him.

i saw his face light up, and he quickly hugged me , and kissed my cheek. he then gave me a light peck on my lips and finished it with an "i love you" .

my heart started beating , and i was afraid  he would be able to hear it.

"i love you more jaemin." i smiled , and with that we both drifted off to sleep.
