Demi's pov-
"What the fuck was that?" Nick wonders laughing.
"Why are you laughing?" I say furrowing my eyebrows.
"Because that medium is crazy. I mean that was Paige's bones," He says.
"Well, whatever lets go see what's up with that weird phone call." I say grabbing my laptop.
Nick and I do research to figure out where this girl could be. We've narrowed down to two houses that have a basement on 95th street.
As we carefully look at the two houses on Google maps, I notice that the one house looks like Paige's old home. They have a basketball hoop, and an open window on the top floor.
"Let's go there," I say pointing to that house. So Nick and I drive there. I somehow remember how to get there from memory. When we pull up in front of the house Nick tells me the plan.
"Do they have any basement windows you can sneak into?" He asks.
"Yes I think so," I reply.
"Okay I'm going to go ask about their floors and pretend I'm from Stanley Steamer." Nick says climbing out of the car. I go into the backyard finding a window that is open and I climb through it.
Girl in basement pov-
I sit tied up near the fire. It's been 2 hours since I called for help and no one has shown up. I'm never getting out of here. All I have is the dead corpse of my sister and father.
I soon begin to weep. Am I going to die too? Is my crazy mom going to kill me like she did to Paisley and dad?
"Shut your crying, someone's here." My mom hisses at me from upstairs. I shut my mouth and look at my family members. And then I hear a thump.
"Ssh it's okay I'm here to help."
