Game 1: Turn 1

Chpt 1: Locked n' Loaded

A small crowd watched a Duel in progress. Two boys around their mid teens faced one another. On one field was a Decode Talker, the Dark Cyberse monster standing there with it’s cyber themed blade and formed. His controller looked to be holding on, if only barely as he had one face down in the same column as Decode Talker. “I go into my End phase.” He said, knowing what comes next.

His opponent was smirked. He had blonde hair, with a streak or two of blue. His eyes were a nice shade of teal. He wore a school uniform, or most of one, with just a white dress shirt, navy blue pants, and white and blue shoes. “During your end phase, both the effects of Shellrokket Dragon, and Magnarokket Dragon activate. This allows me to special summon 2 Rokkets from my deck to field. So come on out: Metalrokket Dragon and Autorokket Dragon!”

Appearing on the field before him were two dragons. One a blue dragon without back legs. Most of its head looked to be a sniper round, its whole body metallic and appearing to be pure machine The other was a much smaller Bullet, and much more earthly tones but still fully metallic as Metalrokket and the rest of the Rokkets. This was one of their special effects, more always came out after another’s destruction. “Come on Yugo! Show him what you got!” Someone shouted. Yugo grinned. “Well then, let’s get this started: Draw!” Yugo drew from his duel disk and looked.

“To start, for controlling a single Link Monster, I get to special this monster from my hand: Gateway Dragon!” Appearing on the field was a yellow robotic dragon with a small gate on its back. “And now, I activate his effect. Once per turn, I can summon a Rokket monster from my hand. So come on back, Shellrokket Dragon!” The gate activated and from it emerged another yellow dragon, this time a shotgun shell rested on its head and it had bulky shoulder armor. Four Dragons rested on the field now, all before Yugo could even conduct a normal summon, and it wasn’t without reason he had one card left. “I shall now normal summon to the field; Autorokket Dragon!” Another AUtorokket appeared. Five Dragons sat in front of Yugo, and the fun has only begun.

I now activate the Circuits!” A Formation appeared, eight arrows surrounded the strange formation. “I shall send Shellrokket, both Autorokkets, and Gateway Dragon!” The four dragons flew towards the circuits and into the Left, Right, Bottom Left and Bottom Right Arrows. “Arrows Locked and confirmed. Link Summon! Link 4: Borreloard Dragon!!” The gateway grew large behind Damion. Blue eyes shined as soon dark wings appeared as well. Launching from the gate was a red and black dragon, strips of glowing green light around its body as it’s wings of shining green virtual light as it roared on the field.

Everyone other than Yugo’s opponent cheered seeing the massive Dragon appeared. It was like seeing a legend appear. “And now, I activate his effect: I target Metalrokket Dragon, but upon the target being declared, Metalrokket will chain his effect and self destruct.” The monster turned into its bullet and flew into Borreload Dragon’s chest. It spins around and the chamber which it sits as Borreload dragon opened its mouth and a Barrel came out. “Metalrokket’s effect: He destroys all cards in the column his effect is activated.”

“What….what column was he in?”
“Just take a look.”

The teen looked and his eyes widen. The field showed that Metalrokket had sat in front of Decode Talker and his face down. “Oh no!” He shouted. “Borreload Dragon, fire!” The Dragon Fired its shot and nailed Decode an the face down. A gaping hole was left in the Cybres monster and the card, both soon shattering into pixels. “Now then, Battle!” Borreload Dragon, Point Blank Shot!” The chamber spun and Borreload Dragon fired again, wiping Yugp’s opponent's life points to Zero.

Everyone just burst out into a storm of cheers and enjoyed the duel. It was a rather good one start to finish. As Borreloard Dragon faded from the hollowgram turning off, Yugo walked over to his opponent and held out his hand. “Great game man. That was amazing!” Yugo said as his opponent chuckled. “Yeah. Didn’t think I stood that good of a chance.” He said but Yugo laughed. “You're kidding. I thought for sure you had me there for a split moment.”
