Danganronpa Oneshots {3rd Person}

Thunder - Shuichi x Kokichi

  I know that this is a common theme for Oumasai, but I think it's cute so I hope that you all enjoy! Also, I might not be posting daily anymore due to writer's block, if you have any prompts I'd love to read them!

  Monokuma was enjoying the torture of putting the students of the Academy for Gifted Juveniles through their worst fears. The bear knew what everyone's two worst fears were. Kokichi, for example, had been; thunderstorms, and; having Shuichi find out I love him. Now of course, you could've refused to tell the demon bear what you're worst fears were, right? Wrong. If you refused to write down what you're two worst fears were, the exisals would kill you.

  As a result, Monokuma had changed the dome above the school to mimic that of a thunderstorm, naturally making it one of the worst ones Kokichi had ever seen. The Supreme Leader was buried under the sheets of his bed, screaming when there was a crash of thunder. The purple haired boy was shaking violently, he wanted to be with someone. However, no one in the Killing Game tolerated him.

  There is one who might... Kokichi crept to his door, softly pushed it open into the dark dormitory. With a hand covering his mouth to muffle his cries of fear, the leader made his way to Shuichi's door. Taking a deep breath to steady his nerves, the liar knocked on the door. It felt like ours before Shuichi opened the door with a bed-head that nearly made Kokichi burst out laughing if it hadn't been for the low rumble outside.

  "H-hey Shuichi, I was just wondering if I could stay with y-you for the night?" Kokichi asked, before quickly adding, "N-not that I'm afraid or any--" Kokichi screamed suddenly when another peal of thunder boomed overhead, rain lashing at the windows.

  "Are you afraid of thunder?" Shuichi asked with a soft, comforting smile as he invited the supreme leader in.

  "N-no--" Kokichi must of jumped ten feet in the air as the loudest thunder clap yet sounded off, making him shudder.

  Shuichi frowned as he came forward and picked up the small leader, who wrapped his hand around the detective's neck. The gesture made both boys blush, but they were so concerned about the other that they didn't seem to notice.

  The taller placed Kokichi on his bed and laid down next to him, covering them both with a large blanket. The little liar latched himself onto the detective, the pair stayed snuggled up together until a loud crash of thunder shook the building. Kokichi squeaked fearfully, a wild look in his eyes as he clung tighter to the taller.

  "You're cute~" Shuichi smiled, pulling the other closer protectively, "I'll protect you, Kokichi."

  "H-ha! A supreme l-leader like me doesn't need to be protected." Kokichi tried to sound brave, however, he nuzzled closer to the detective, only stopping when he couldn't possibly get any closer.

  "I love you, Shuichi." Kokichi confessed softly, half hoping the other wouldn't hear him in case he was rejected.

  "I love you, too." Shuichi kissed Kokichi forehead before they both drifted to sleep, entangled in each other's arms.

  Bonus :}

  Tsumugi poked her head into Shuichi's dorm room with Kaito and Maki looking in behind her. The three of them had managed to convince Monokuma to unlock the doors to both Shuichi and Kokichi's room. The reason behind this was because neither of them had shown up for breakfast and that was two hours ago.

  Kaito looked about ready to kill Kokichi, who had woken up enough to stick his tongue out at the astronaut before snuggling back against the detective.

  Maki and Tsumugi had to drag Kaito away, making sure to lock the doors and reported back to the other remaining students.
