"WOOOOOOO! LETS TO JALIYAHHHH!" Jeongguk screamed as he and his family/friends watched her run first one the court with the ball in her hands as their team song played; Cocoon by Migos. He laughed loudly as he watched her and her teammates' dance and rap to the song as they started warming up. He was laughing so hard he didn't noticed her quickly run to him and give him a hug, which startled him. He reacted quick enough and hugged her back, giving her a chaste kiss on the cheek before she pulled away and smiled at him.

"Wish me, luck people." She yelled as she ran back to her team as they had gotten started on drills. He watched as she walked to the half-court line and took a shot, making it with a clean sound. She looked at him and winked, leading to him winking back at her. Sadly her grandma couldn't make it because she was a little sick and was too tired to get out of bed so she didn't get to see her grandchild's first game of her senior year.

"You seem to be really invested in this girl more than I thought you were." His mother mumbled as she watched her son's girlfriend go up and down the court as the game was getting closer and closer to starting.

"I love her." He muttered as he sat down, the first quarter starting. His mother gasped and smacked him on the arm with a huge smile on her face. Jeongguk hissed and rubbed the sore spot.

"You didn't get her name tatted on you did you?" His mother asked, grabbing her son's left arm to check his tattoos for Jaliyah's name. Jeongguk tolled his eyes playfully and pulled his arm back. He had tattoos all over his upper body. The only available space was his shoulder blade and he planned to get her name in huge letters. He already had his mind made up.

"No, but I was planning on it. I don't see myself with anyone else. We aren't together yet but it feels like we are, and I know it's early to talk about loving her but I can't help myself. She's everything I want in a girl. I don't want anyone else, I'd rather die." He admitted, keeping his focus on Jaliyah.

He knew it was early. He didn't get to pick who he fell in love with and it never happens as it should. Yeah, he had just turned 18 but he could already see so much in such a short amount of time. He did a lot of wrong things, but if he did anything right in his life, it was when he gave his heart to Jaliyah, and she hadn't even realized it yet.

She ran up and down the court with the ball in her hand as she threw up a single sign meaning the team had to get into position for their first play. She passed the ball to a Korean girl with a rainbow tattoo on her arm and ran down the court where the girl threw the ball back at her, letting her make a quick layup for a score for their team. Jeongguk jumped up and screamed, yelling Jaliyah's name. She looked his way and smiled at him, igniting a soft blush to show upon his cheeks as he sat and down continued his conversation with his mother.

"You're only 18 baby. Maybe you should slow down a bit." His mother whispered, leaning toward her with her her youngest still in her lap, bouncing as he saw his girlfriend go up and down the court.
