Closure (BxB) [sequel to SAS] *ON HIATUS*

Chapter three:

Brian's POV:

"BRIAN!!!!!!" a loud shout pierced my ears.

"Hey Olivia" I chuckled as she ran to me screaming in joy.

"Brian!!! I haven't seen you in soooo loooong!" she hugged me as she dragged her words.

"it's been only a week" I stated as I hugged her back.

"It felt much longer!! I missed you so much!!!!" she whined.

"I missed you too, 'Liv"

In the beginning, it felt kinda weird calling her by Zach's nickname for her, but at lack of having another nickname, and her not being bothered by it, I got used to it pretty fast.

"so how your first day in Uni went?" I asked.

"Great! I'm so excited! I'm going to be a great lawyer like my dad!" she chirped.

"you're going to be even better" I smiled genuinely.

"so how about you? Any hotties in the football team?" she asked.

"Olivia..." I glared at her.

I guess there are some things you just can't change...

"I'm joking! So, are there any good players?"

"well, they better be good, I don't think you can get to the UCLA squad if you suck"

"maybe you just need to suck to the right person..." Olivia mumbled.

"wow, Olivia, seriously?!"

"my point was, is there anyone better than you on the squad?"

"I don't know yet. The try out for the captain armband will be in two days, so I guess we'll see then" I said.

Olivia nodded as she started walking toward an empty table she spotted.

"I'm sure you'll be amazing!" she said.

I really hope so.

I wasn't at my best lately if you can say so...

"thank you," she said as we sat down the table.

"what for?" I asked, surprised.

"you know, been here for me... and also willing to be the bigger person," she said.

"First, you're welcome. Thank you for being here for me as well. And second, well, I'm not. Fred is just trying to make me be the bigger person, if it depended only on me, you wouldn't even be allowed to mention his name" I said.

Olivia sighed.

"I miss him. I miss what we had. I miss us. I even miss you two together..."

"I don't even understand how you can even agree to talk to him again after the way he treated you," I said.

"well, he's my bestie. What can I say? I know him since forever, and even though he acted like a bitch, he was right about so many stuff, I wasn't acting right, I wasn't the best friend I can be, and it made me learn a lot" she said.

I shook my head in frustration.

I think she forgave him way too fast.

"oh, don't look too obviously pissed, they're here" Olivia suddenly whispered.
