Zach's POV;

"what are you thinking about?" I asked Brian, which was completely focused on the living room wall.

"nothing" he snapped out of his daydreaming.

"riiiight" I simply stated.

"What did you tell my mom?" he asked.

Ah. That's what he was thinking about.

"you still haven't dropped it?" I asked.

"you promised to tell me but didn't so..."

"well I just told her what you really think about her... and that she better be careful not to lose you... basically...that's it" I said.

"that's it? You sure?" Brian seemed confused.

"uhh, yeah?" I replied.

"you don't sound so sure" he chuckled.

"It was about that, I don't remember each and everything I said in that conversation," I said in defense.

"thank you" he simply said and hugged me.

"it's nothing" I tried to brush the whole thing off.

"no, you really didn't have to do it. It's my mother after all" he stated.

"it's fine. I'm sure you'd do the same. I know you'd do" I hugged him too.

---------------------------------

"good morning!!" I yelled as soon as the alarm clock went off.

"huh? What?" Brian jumped up in bed confused.

"here, I made you some breakfast!" I chirped as I placed a tray that held a plate full of pancakes and coffee.

"but it's... Saturday?" Brian asked in confusion again.

"correct" I smiled.

"and... and it's our day off?" he said.

"ha! No, it's the day you're moving in! Now eat up!" I chirped again.
