Brian's POV:
A phone call woke me up from daydreaming.

                              "Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, it's me," Aaron said from the other side of the line.

"yeah, I know, I got your number, remember?" I said.

                              He chuckled to my reply.

"right... so, what do you want to do today?" he asked.

"um, I don't know, just chilling? How about a movie?" I offered.

"a movie? That's a terrible idea for a first date!" Aaron replied.

                              "it's not a date, Aaron" I stated.

"well, still a no from me, my whole point was to continue talking to you," he said.

"ok, how about bowling?" I asked.

"Wow, I thought you're going to be more interesting than that," he said.

What is that supposed to mean? Bowling is awesome!

"is that a yes or a no?"

"Yeah, sure, we can go bowling. When?" Aaron asked.

"how about in an hour or so?" I offered.

                              "that's a bit early..."

"I have to meet up with my other friends later, that's why..."

"look at you, Mr. popular. how come I'm not meeting your friends then, are you shy?" Aaron teased.

"no. they're just weird. You can meet them at another time, I just don't think right now is a good time to do that"

                              "why?"

"there's some drama" I simply replied.

                              "ooh, sounds interesting," Aaron said.

"It really isn't. so, should I pick you up in an hour?" I asked him.

"no, it's ok, just text me the address and I'll show up on time"

"ok, I will. see you later than" I said.

"Yeah, see you in a bit" Aaron replied and hung up.
                              ---------------------------------
I decided walking to the bowling alley as well since it wasn't far away from my place.
