I was startled awake by Todoroki.

"Are you alright? You were mumbling in your sleep" he said quietly.

I looked around me. I wasn't in my room. I was in a hospital bed. My head and my arms were wrapped up and bandaged.

Shit. They saw my arm...

"I came to your house and saw the mess that happened. You're in the same hospital as your mom."

"Wha-what happened..?"
I cringed at the sound of my own voice. Every little thing hurt. Sounds were deafened by a blaring migraine.

"I don't know. You tell me." Todoroki quietly spoke

"The last thing I remember was my father throwing me into my bed side table..."

Todoroki tilted his head.

"Then I felt a- a warm liquid trailing down my forehead...then the last thing he said was... Your...a...disgrace"

"I got to your house right after that. He tried to attack me. The police have him-"

"Are you ok?! Did he hurt you? What did he do? Wh-"

"Don't worry. He's with the police. Just a little chilly"

"Well I'm glad your not hurt-"

We were interrupted by a knock at the door. I looked at Todoroki and looked at me.

"Uh- come in?"

The door slowly creaked open.

"M-mom?!"

Author here... I have some things to explain... I know I promised the next part would be out by Wednesday but basketball just started and that got in the way. usually I would work on the next part on the bus but practice is after school so I don't ride the bus. So parts will be going up by Sunday every week. And usually there will only be one part a week. Sorry for the short chapter. I'll see you all next week! UwU
