I slowly open my eyes. Everything is so hazy. It looks like frames of a movie placed slightly over each other so there's a weird echo over everything. I turn my head to the left and see Lance. He's like 5 feet away. Still unconscious. I turn to the right. I see Shiro with his eyes closed. He's hurt. His face is cut and bloodied. He has a swollen lip and busted eye.

I blink a couple more times and try and figure out where I am. I look up and see a ceiling. Are we still in the Castle? Were we taken somewhere? How long was I out?

I try and sit up. My hands are cuffed. Great.

The room is basked in a purple light. I hear muttering. It's from somewhere behind me. I scoot back against what I was propped up on. I peak over it and see a big person. Not a person. The purple guy from earlier with the weird arm.

My head hurts. I slouch down again. Am I bleeding? Did I get cut? Or just hit with the end of his sword. I don't know. I'm sleepy. I shouldn't sleep. Big nono when you get hurt. But Lance is sleeping. Shiro is too. I want to sleep. I'm going to sleep.

I hear stuff. I open my eyes again. Things are still blurry. I blink and see moving things. Like at least two. One of them is... purple arm guy. Something with an S. And I see Pidge. And.. Keith!

"Keith! Now!" a girl shouts. It's Allura right? I see her standing by the crystal control thingy.

Keith pushes back S and a blue wall comes up from the floor. It goes all around S. He
pounds on it, desperately trying to escape.

But it holds. Thank goodness. Pidge and Keith come running over to us.

"Turn around," Pidge tells us. I shimmy around and I hear a humming from their bayard. A momentary warmth near my hands and then the cuff falls off.

"Thanks," I say, flexing my fingers. They nod and turn their attention to Shiro. I rub my eyes, trying to clear my head. Do I have a concussion?

I hear Keith talking to Lance. A quick convo, something about a team. There are green spots are dancing in front of me, and the dim lighting isn't helping.

"Hey."

I look up and see Keith.

"Are you okay?" he asks, sliding down next to me.

"Except for getting knocked out like a minute into a fight and then taking a nap I'm good," I say, scratching my ear.

"I mean up here," he says, lightly tapping my head.

"Uhh I just said I got knocked out didn't I?" I ask confused.

"I see you're still out of it. Not what I meant," he smiles.

"Huh?"

"Never mind. Are you still sleepy?"

"Yes."

"Well you can rest all you need once we get you to the infirmary. Can you walk?" he asks while standing up.

"Yes."

He hold out his hands which I grab and pull myself up with. I look over at the guys and see Allura there with them.

"Follow me," she says.

Even though Shiro's hurt he's helping Lance walk as well as a tiny Pidge. They're barely reaching his armpit but support is support.

Keith carefully places one of my arms over his shoulder and begins walking. If my blood wasn't clotting in my head I definitely would have blushed. Just kidding haha I'm not going to die from this concussion. Haha..
