Angel and Demon AU

Lance's Pov: It is forbidden for an angel to fall in love with anything other than another Angel, especially a Demon but you can't help who you love, right? Ever since I was young, even before Heaven, I was fascinated with Demons but everything changed when I saw him, I knew I liked boys but the feelings I felt towards him weren't like any of the feelings I had had for anyone else before, I knew it was wrong and if anyone found out I'd be kicked out of Heaven so I kept it to myself but sometimes I would sneak out of Heaven to go down to Earth and meet up with him, he wasn't a bad guy, not like everyone said Demons were, he was actually kinda beautiful, in a mysterious sort of way, we would talk for hours and every once in a while we would stay out all night, this one particular night though he just seemed really off, I asked him if he was okay and he said "yeah, I'm fine" but I kept pestering him about it, eventually he told me that he thinks it's best he just says it and gets it over with, he looks me in the eyes and said "Please don't hate me but I'm Satan's son" I looked shocked and I could see the fear in his eyes from my reaction, he looks down but I move my hand towards his chin and place it underneath it, I tilted his head up so he was facing me, "It's okay Keith, that doesn't change anything", I lean in and wrap my arms around him

Keith's Pov: I don't remember the exact day I knew I had feelings for Lance but I do remember it was during the beginning of our friendship, I think it all started with his big toothy smile, he was just always so amazing, I couldn't find one thing I didn't like about him, yes including the annoying stupid cute little things he did, he snuck out of Heaven to meet up with me at least once a week and I felt bad, what if he got caught and what if he found out my reasoning for being his friend, my father said I needed to find an angel and befriend them that way we could kidnap them and use them as ransome, Lance seemed to be an easy target but as time went on and we got closer I grew attached, I knew in all my heart that my father would kill him no matter what if he was to kidnap him but I wasn't about to let that happen, I planned to tell him tonight even if that did mean losing him as a friend... "Lance?..."

Lance: Yes Keith?

Keith: Okay, don't get mad... Please... You know how my father is Satan?

Lance: Yeah...

Keith: Well... He told me to befriend an Angel *I felt a tear roll down my cheek*

Lance: Keith? Are you okay?

Keith: Not really... I feel really bad Lance... *The tears start to fall down my cheeks as I try to hold in the sobs* I- I'm just so so sorry Lance!

Lance: Why are you sorry?

Keith: Your the Angel I befriended, h- he wanted me to... To become friends with an Angel so we could kidnap- So he could overthrow God *I start sobbing, my tears now stinging my face*

Lance: What? You don't have to do that Keith! Your not him and you don't have to be like him!

Keith: A- are you not mad?

Lance: No, I'm not because you obviously don't want to go through with this or else you wouldn't have told me in the first place

Keith: Yeah, your my best friend, I've never had one before you and I don't want to lose you!

Lance: I don't want to lose you either *I reach out towards his hand, he interwines his fingers with mine and I smile* I love-

Keith's Pov: Lance was in the middle of saying something when there was a loud bang and a huge shake almost like an earthquake to the left of us, we both glance that way and there he is, the man himself

Shiro: Well well, what do we have here, I guess I'll have to kill you both then, oh well, your no good to me anyways, your to nice and you feel to much for others, that's not how I raised you and I sure as hell didn't raise you to be gay!

Lance's Pov: We both glanced at each other before everything went black...
